This place used to be my favorite but the last year has been terrible as i’ve had 3-4 different orthodontists assist me in my 24 month ortho plan, once completed the Dr refused to remove them due to him not being satisfied with results& even after me requesting removal i was told Dr makes the decisions, after over 30+ months i was told i had to pay an additional 1K for the removal after already paying the contracted 5K in full..after management got that issue resolved on THEIR behalf & finally getting them removed i was horrified to find my teeth were permanently damaged due to “keeping braces on too long” and now suffer with Painful large holes in my teeth & glue which the Dr told me are permanent. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but ended up a Pathetic waste of money& time, wish i would have went elsewhere.

An appointment got set incorrectly. I went through a who treatment plan when I only needed ortho. The prices treatment prices were ridiculous. Then they send a sales woman in to give you the price of the treatment. I had several treatments done in the past 3 months and in total did not equal to the amount they wanted me to pay for a crown. This is ridiculous.

This is the worst Dentist office I have been to, Lafaye should not be working at the front desk, she has very poor customer service skills. We were overcharged and even with multiple messages, no one called me back
I had to physically go in to correct the charges.

Fantastic dentist office! It couldn't be better. The ladies at the front office we're super friendly. The time called in for ex-ray was reasonable time. I have gag reflex when ex-ray is done, the ladies are always patient and gave me mouth wash to distract my mind when the piece that goes in the mouth for the ex-ray. When a procedure is done, the doctor is very open minded and he will hear what you have to say for any issues. The time for all my procedures are pretty good. The doctor can do some procedures that most dentist offices can't do. I couldn't ask for a better dentist then here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm here now waiting just like the other reviews. I'm confused because I received a call from informing me they had a cancellation yet I'm have been here over an hour waiting. The young lady who did the x-ray is very unprofessional. I suggest look for another dentist.
