MINT dentistry | Cedar Hill

The hygienist Belinda was very thorough on my cleaning and took her time. She was very kind and made me feel relaxed during my visit. And the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. I would recommend the Cedar Hill location to everyone.

I've had the pleasure of visiting 3 Mint Dentistry locations and each one is amazing. The offices are very modern,sophisticated,clean and sanitary. The office managers and receptionist raise the bar when it comes to customer service. I've visited this location more times than the others the courtesy and professionalism is always consistent. I would like to thank Caitlin the office manager at the Cedar Hill location who I met at the Mint Dentistry White Rock location. Caitlin took the time to explain the procedure and address my concerns and keep me updated with additional information when needed. I look forward to the denture implant surgery coming real soon and I'm sure Dr. Sinn will do an excellent job.

I’ve been here, along with my two kids (now teens) a few times over the past few years & a little advice…. Only go here for your routine -twice a year teeth cleanings. If you need fillings or any other services, go elsewhere. Their pricing isn’t justifiable. I got my teeth cleaned here & the dentist told me I needed a lot of cavities filled, but the price was ridiculously high so I went to a different dentist & got my cavities filled. I went back to Mint a year later for a cleaning & the dentist told me I that need the SAME EXACT cavities filled as before. I literally got some of them filled 2 months ago. They took X-rays but the dentist didn’t even look in my mouth. All she did was ask if I floss everyday. I kept the treatment plan sheet Mint gave me from my prior visit & saw that the one they gave me this day was identical to the last one. It was a TOTAL SCAM. On the upside, we have always liked our hygienists, our teeth are always really clean, & you get free whitening. Like I said, only go for your routine cleaning.

I give this office zero stars! They are so unprofessional and rude. I've been going to them for almost a year now trying to get my treatment plan completed and it was always a problem. This office and staff is very unorganized, the office manager was very rude to us when discussing billing. You see one dentist they give you one plan and next visit to get that done the other dentist changes it. Like who do I listen to? They were not filing with my insurance in a timely manner making me pay out of pocket for entire service and wait for a refund once they felt like submitting my claim. You have to pay upfront for any dental work then get refunded after insurance pays. Crazy! I have no one to talk to about this and how to go about getting my teeth fixed correctly. After all I've paid over 3,000 out of pocket for work done and I'm completely dissatisfied! This place falls under Mint's umbrella so it gets the recognition the other offices work hard for. Because I've been to other offices and got much better service but Cedar Hill was closest so I thought to go there for convenience. Poor choice on my part! Going to try to contact corporate about services I've gotten from there.

Jamal & Victoria was absolutely a pleasure to work with today. Very sweet and patient, I felt so comfortable and they made sure I was comfortable! Oh the Dr. too, can’t forget about him. Thank you all for being so amazing! See you all soon

My visit today was wonderful. Victoria got me out quickly so i can make it to my next appt, she clean my teeth really well, it was my first time with her...good job!, and Dr Smith was sweet as always. Cant wait until my next visit

Dr. Macias and the dental assistant Diana made my appointment go smooth and better than I thought it would. I kind of felt embarrassed about asking a question regarding my mouth health but they were nice and answered my questions in a tone that sounded very understanding, supportive, and encouraging. Would recommend them any and everytime!

My experience is always wonderful! I want to send a special shout out to Kadeshia and Jada for their professionalism and patience. They took great care of me and did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth, performing any xrays and capturing a profile of my teeth. Great service! See you all in about 4 months.

First you must understand this is not your traditional dentistry practice. If you’re looking to develop a relationship with a particular dentist or hygienist that’s not going to happen. I’ve not seen the same person twice. This is the fast food of dentistry (but mostly slow). Even though your appointment at 0800 if you come at 0800 and you’re not one of the first to check in, your wait is 45 minutes. So be the first in line.
The fastest thing is checking out!! Because they are all about getting that money.

Haven’t been to the Dentist in years. Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. Quick and painless process and treat you like family. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good dentist!
