Fantastic experience very informative they worked me in on an emergency. Did not actually need anything done and discussed in detail multiple options for what future dental work was needed.

Dale and Vicky (the DDS and Dental Tech) do a great job.
Had to give this place one star for the bozos working in the front office. You'll get barraged with texts and emails about appointment reminders if you go there.
There's a $50 per hour cancellation fee if you change an appt. within 48 hours.
Amazingly, they changed my appointment times last minute themselves. When I jokingly, pointed out the hypocrisy, they didn't understand.
I let them know I didn't like harassment on my calendars, texts and emails ... They continued anyways ... like 10 year olds pulling a prank.

First time at CPPD Went in with doubts as I always do when visiting a dentist for the first time and came out smiling. Doctor and Hygenist were efficient and attentive to my needs . Staff was accommodating and friendly.

I Waited 3 years to get my Smile back....then I decided to do something about it, and walking into Cedar Park Premier Dentiry was literally the BEST decision I made... and the beginning of my journey in finding my Smile again..
Walking in with absolutely No confidence...embarrassed...and low self esteem...
I literally walked into open arms and the most generous office Staff. I immediately felt welcomed and with absolutely NO JUDGEMENT.
....THENNNN I met Dr. Williams.... My Guardian Angel.... My new Friend... with his Gentleness, his Positive outlook...(even with as bad as my teeth were...) he told me from the beginning..... "I promise I'm going to fix your Smile to match the Beautiful person that you are Valerie"......(i'll never forget him telling me that).
Dr. Williams kept his Promise!!!
After a few visits ... I not only have my Long-lost smile back, I also have gain more confidence and am not embarrassed to talk to people!!!
Nope, NO MORE COVERING MY MOUTH as I talk to people or Smile for me!!!!

I confirmed with front desk if my insurance is in network 3 times but actually it is not. If you do not know, say not know. If you tracked customer in, you are a big liar.
The service is just so so, but they are very greedy and have ways to submit much more to insurance company to get payment as long as no extra charge to patient. I believe It will hurt patient finally. They practice this in grey area and make you hard to say if it is legal or not.

Professional, organized, knowledgeable and all around genuine people, but most of all it is the comfort in knowing they have your best interest in mind. Honestly I would not waste my time anywhere else. In my experience in Austin, this is the only place I would recommend my family to go. Thanks Premier!!
