Marbella Dentistry

I am thankful that they were able to see me on Saturday morning. Lobby is very pretty and the reception folks are super friendly. I was checked in and seen very quickly. Anna and Dr. James saw me and were vet professional and very accommodating. No pain and I was outta there pretty quickly and on my way to enjoy the rest of my Saturday. They are a VA community care provider.

I appreciate the education that the Dentist and staff provide. It helped me know what the possible root causes of my issues may be and what I can do to prevent or treat them. The decorations, music and vibe are so comforting and they have TV's with Netflix that you can watch while your getting treatment. There was a small mix up with the insurance and billing from the office, but they fixed it and I haven't had any more issues since.

I was looking for a new dentist after moving to the area. I read the awesome reviews, but wasn’t thrilled with the driving distance. After my 1st visit, the decision was made that I don’t need to look any further (regardless of the distance).
Dr. James & team took the time to explain (in user friendly terms) each step for both my short-term and long-term treatments. The atmosphere is relaxing. As soon as they put the dark glasses on and turned on the TV on the ceiling, I had to work to stay awake. Dr. James made sure I was pain free with each procedure and clearly explained at home care. The staff’s high quality of service is consistent with each visit.
My husband will start coming to Dr. James, and I have suggested my son’s family switch to Marbella.

This place was amazing from the start. The space was inviting and very clean, which is a must for establishments. The clerks and dental assistants were extremely nice and friendly. I was so comfortable that I almost fell a sleep. I appreciate the time they took to explain every step and process and how gentle they were with the new innovative cleaning tool. I will definitely be back. Thank you all.

Great experience with check in. The waiting area was comfortable and open. The staff observed safety protocols by remaining masked the whole time. The staff were courteous. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist (it's necessary though) but they made me comfortable throughout the visit. A great experience overall.

I am so grateful for the care that I received today. Dr. James was amazing as was his assistant and staff. They treated me with kindness and respected that I currently don’t have insurance but gave me top notch care at a reasonable price. They stayed late to complete my emergency root canal and fix my broken molar. They helped me work through my anxiety by making sure I was comfortable and giving me loads of reassurance. I will forever recommend this office. They have always been amazing and in my worst case scenario, they really showed they cared and that is priceless.

Absolutely the most professional and trustworthy medical office I have ever been in. The staff is amazing. While waiting for the dentist (which was only a couple of minutes) the dental assistant didn't leave me alone in the office to ponder what was going on. Instead they stayed with me talking to me and answering all my questions and listening to everything I had to say. The dentist was fantastic and gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. It's an hour drive for me to get there but I have no problem making that drive from here going forward.

I was sent to Marbella through VA. I have never been to a dental office as wonderful as this one. The entire staff is friendly and always tells you how they appreciate you coming in. Everything is explained to you about the treatment you'll be receiving and anything that may need to be addressed in the future. Dr. James is great!!!

Needed an emergency extraction done on 2 teeth. (My own stupid self letting stuff go so long) they were very Professional and Reasonable. Highly recommended for any person who likes to get their dental stuff done and get home. They actually seem to care about your health and well being. You are more than a number to them, will be going back for my simple cleanings and checkups

First, I would like to thank Dr. James and the rest of the staff for making my experience so awesome. I never knew that a root canal can be made so comfortable. Dr. James explained everything that was going to take place and answered all the questions that I had. His assistants was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully that they were in charge of. Everyone was so friendly from the receptionist through all the staff involved, allowing my nervousness to go away. Thanks again to the whole staff and we’ll see you soon.!!
