We moved to Copperas Cove three years ago and we looked for a dentist. My insurance recommended Cove Choice Dental. Cove Choice Dental has been a godsend for my family. We have five teenagers in our household (two sets of twins) and Cove Choice Dental has worked with us and has been very helpful and accommodating.
The doctors are friendly. There is never a long wait. I have a very unique issue and the doctors weighed the different options and we worked together to develop a plan to remedy my unique dental issues.

The De twist and staff are very friendly and make your visits pleasant. They always ease your mind to take away the stress that comes with going to the dentist. The check in person Betty is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and is always willing to assist in any way with benefits, etc. Would recommend to family and friends.

Very pleased. My cost was reasonable, and both Dr. Alvi and his assistant Candace were friendly, competent, & very nice. Had my teeth cleaned earlier and they also delivered friendly professional service. Finally, the office workers were just as nice as the dental professionals. This was our first time at this office, and it was a great experience. Vel, the Dentist Assistant is beyond amazing!!!! Both of my girls had an appointment, first one at Dentist, and Vel was the kindest and sweetest person ever, and so patient. I have to say, everybody in this office is very kind and patient. Thank you again for making it an awesome experience, my girls are no longer scared of dentist and they excited to see them again 😊

Everyone is very nice. I took my 7 year old grandson to have work done. Surface fillings, he was very good. They made sure he was comfortable and I was knowledgeable through the entire procedure. I am pleased with this office.
