When I requested the appointment in October 2022, they gave it to me for January 31, 2023. That day I requested the appointment, I asked the girl I spoke with if they accepted my insurance and she said yes, today I arrive at the appointment and While I was there, the secretary told me: "I don't know if we told you, but we are not in the network and you must pay $80 and $50 for the girl" (of course without counting everything that must be paid later for the RX, etc.) I I told him that they had not told me anything and that they called me several times. It seems disrespectful to me because first I lost my day of work, my daughter missed a school day, we wasted time since October, for her to be so relaxed afterwards and tell me your insurance should have informed you, well no, because it turns out that I did not make the appointment with the insurance, I made the appointment with Gonzalez Family Dentristy and I asked them very clearly and they told me that they did accept my insurance, so trusting in you I made the appointment, at that moment you should have told me, we are not in the network of no insurance (and I already understand what that means and I make the decision if I accept it or not). really negative points for you. I don't know if the doctor will be good or not, because it was going to be the first time, but he loses patients because of his staff

The staff is very professional and friendly. Recently moved to Corpus so I had to find a new dentist. I was very impressed with the whole staff. My husband and I both see Dr. Gonzalez and we both love the staff and experience we had so we decided to take our 16 month old for his first dentist appointment with Dr. Gonzalez. We are so happy we did. We had a great experience and so did my son! Dr. Gonzalez and his staff are all very kind. His staff explained the process of my son’s first dental exam and We were given great teaching on dental hygiene. Over all very impressed and happy with Dr. Gonzalez and his wonderful staff!
