Dr Booth is very kind, does great work, explains everything and just overall the best dentist I’ve had. His hygienist Sammy is also great. I have bad anxiety especially with Dental work and she explained to me the process of the procedure to put me more at ease.

Unbelievable wait time. I waited for 2 hours and never got called I had to reschedule. They don’t tell you anything as far as if they are short staffed or what reason they are behind. Don’t schedule so many people in a day if you can’t handle the load !!! 1000 workers 👀 but not one Smile is cracked from the girls up front. Currently looking for a new dentist! What a waist of time I took a late lunch to accommodate this appointment and for nothing !!! I ended up not being able to go back to work.

I took my 3.5 year old son today for a cleaning. The hygienist was so sweet and did very well with my son. I also had a concern about a loose tooth due to a fall. Dr. Booth showed me the x-rays and advised extraction, but was not pushy at all. During the extraction, he sang to my son and kept telling him how well he was doing. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I have been seeing Dr Booth and the awesome technicians at Smile Magic for several years now.
It have always been treated with respect and kindness. Their objective is to make you comfortable and at ease while they take care of your dental hygiene!
Today I had an appointment with them and another with my medical Dr.
After explaining my situation to them they assured me that they would have me out of their office in time for my next appointment and they did.

Extremely long wait times for an appointment. waited over 2 months for an appointment just to have them call to cancel about a day before and tell me I have to wait another 2 months to be seen.
Casandra & Adriana have not been helpful in anyway.
Just kept brushing off the situation and did not bother to try to make any form of accommodation. they recommended just booking through another clinic because they are unable to say if you'll still have your appointment after the rebooking.
I rather you take your business to another place that won't waste your time. I could of went to another clinic if I was going to keep being canceled on.
