Very friendly staff and overall a great office. I had my lower wisdom teeth removed and there were no problems at all! They treated me well and explained the treatment and what I needed to do very clearly. I highly recommend this place to those who need their wisdom teeth extracted.

I was referred to 1st Care Dental along with other dental offices through insurance. I was skeptical and frustrated especially when dealing with in network providers. I couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls at the other dental offices (They all have voicemail now!) At this point we have seen 3 different dentists and haven’t felt comfortable enough with any of them to perform any work needed. When it came time to phone 1st care dental I was extremely impressed mainly because I spoke with Dr. Nguyen on my initial call.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. I am blown away with the bed side manner of the staff, doctors, and the procedure. Dr. Nguyen called later that evening to follow up on the progress my daughter was making. (Normally a nurse or staff will do that)
They make you feel welcomed. Amazing Staff! Latest technology and they don't try to up sale unneeded services. We drove from Memorial City Houston to this location; worth the drive! Hands down, “the best” practice in Houston thus far. ~I FOUND OUR NEW DENTIST~

Worst service and customer service. Dr. Hoang drilled deep into a small cavity I had and when I contacted them to complain about pain she just brushed me off and told me to go look for a new doctor that can help me. Would not recommend this "Dentist" to anyone.
