I went for my cleaning today with Taylor Grissom and she was awesome!! The dentist that checked my teeth explained everything completely. The atmosphere of the office is great and all the girls who work there are sweet as can be. I definitely recommend this dental office.

Overall the people are extremely nice and very welcoming and the place is nice. I was satisfied with my procedure before,during and after. Even though I was nervous the doctor and staff made me feel very comfortable. Reason for the 3 stars. Is because of the poor communication on what I was going to pay out of pocket vs what my insurance was going to cover. I was quoted one thing and I ended up paying almost double once my treatment was done. Something I had not planned for.
I should have not been booked another appointment without informing me of the cost or at least been given the correct regarding my insurance on what they were vs. they weren't going to cover. So then I could have made the best decision for myself.
The customer service is amazing, but just need to do much better with the communication and give patients the correct information of how much a treatment is going to cost in full. Because if I would have known I would had Better planned my Time line for my treatment.

Everyone connected with Active Life is kind, and very nice. They know what they are doing, understand that sometimes going to the dentist is a scary experience. I really enjoy my visits at the AL Dentistry at Towne Lake. The place is clean, they are professional and friendly. It’s so hard to find a Dentist office you can trust! I definitely recommend this office as of now. I hope things won’t change down the road because I really do like it there. There are positive reviews for a reason!!!!!
EDIT: Recent appointment 06/08/21… So my husband and have been coming here for a few years now. Recently a new doctor bought the business. I met him and his sister (also a dentist) today. They were very friendly.
Jessica the dental hygienist took care of me again today. She is always friendly, polite, professional and gentle. If it weren’t for her, I probably would have changed dental offices because of my unpleasant experience with the front receptionist today. I’m taking away one star for that reason.
