I’ve been using this location since 2016. Up until now things have always gone great.
Went in last week for a normal 6 month check up and was displeased with service. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or COVID measures were intact but on this day the dentist performed my cleaning.
Now, one would realize and understand that the dentist doesn’t typically perform that service but would also believe that they would do a good job. Negative. It was evident he was in a hurry. He even left at one point to go see another patient and then returned. I honestly would have rather a tooth been extracted than him cleaning my teeth. Polishing was about 10 seconds and sloppy work at best. Missed a few teeth on the flossing afterwards. I didn’t say anything because I was stunned and ready to leave ASAP. Not even kidding my ‘cleaning’ was ~10 min. That included when he left out of the room.
Will most likely find another dentist.

Very clean office and welcoming staff. Dental Hygienist Jessica was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job on the cleaning. I have no complaints and had an amazing experience. Dr.Patterson came and checked her work and everything was excellent!! Highly recommended!

Towne Lake Dentistry is the best...I hadn’t gone to the dentists for years and now I have been going here for four years and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. They listen to you and make recommendations based on what you feel and don’t push treatments on you. I know he wishes I had fixed a broken tooth and can’t believe it hasn’t bothered me for the past four years but he really took the time to give me all of the information so I can make a decision. I am so happy that I found this dentist office and stuck with it even after they separated from a different practice. The staff are very personable and make going to the dentist a relaxing experience.
