I had a great experience at bear creek dental on Buckner. Very friendly staff at the front desk, went in for the first time to get a cleaning, and everyone was very helpful getting paper work ready. Ruth the manager was a great help at making sure my insurance was right, and went over the best options with detail for my payment. Doctor Medina and Melissa did a great job making sure my visit went pretty fast. They both work great together as a team, seems like they have a good system. I would definitely be back for my regular checkup here .

My family and I have been coming here for years. Adelaida does a great job greeting us, making us feel welcome every time. My 5 year old loves when she takes his photo and gifts him with a souvenir pin. The staff is always sweet and the Dentist are always thorough in their examination. They explain everything so well with live video and pictures. We’ll be back in 6 months for sure!

It was really good.Dr.Lindell asked me if I wanted to be numbed and I told her no but then it hurt and I told her if she would numb it and she said yes and was really nice about it. It was also very quick and easy I think I lasted like 10 or 15 minutes in their, Melissa and Tania were amazing helpers and made me feel comfortable.

Nice and clean rooms , America and Jessica are super friendly and Dentist Dr.Shin is very knowledgeable! I was greeted by Sweet Adelaida to take a photo of my baby on a pin! Super cute and it was done during my visit 👍

I always have a great experience when I come here. Everyone is so friendly and we are usually in and out pretty quick. America is friendly and helps keep my daughter calm and entertained while getting examined.

I had some dental work done here today. My appointment was at 8am. By 10am my procedure still had not started so I kindly walk up to the desk to ask how long and I was verbally attacked by the office business manager Mabel. She proceeds to raise her voice at me yelling she had people call in today so she was short and I just needed to wait. She even went as far as to slam her fist on the counter at me. Dr. Danby was great tho. She did an excellent job in doing my dental work but I am really having second thoughts about going back there. I didn't deserve to be treated like that especially since i had already paid.

Terrible customer service. They started out very interested in earning business and after becoming loyal and faithful to their practice, they have become increasingly inconsistent with providing the same service. I remained at this office even though we moved over a year ago not to mention the farther commute backwards and forward because l wanted to remain at the same location. But almost every visit, there's a different staff member/dentist there anyway. It's like pulling teeth now just to get an appointment but they remind me every single time about making a payment. They used to call when last minute cancelation occurred, now they tell me to call and l have almost everyday for the last 2 weeks just to met with the same nonchalant attitude of them NOT wanting to be accommodating in any way. I took it upon myself to find a closer office since the lady l spoke to today, suggested l go elsewhere since they're full. Now that the other office has contacted them, I'm told they're going to see what they can now do. I no longer wish to remain at this location and if l have to just find a totally new dentist office altogether, l will.

good thing is they are opened Saturday! I went to take my son for a teeth cleaning , Bad thing is the "Dentist just brushed my 9 year olds teeth and thought she was done until I asked her why isn't she cleaning in between his teeth and etc because he had some buildup which I why I took him in the first place. Why would I pay for y'all to brush his teeth ? That had me really annoyed. You have a job do it.

Thank you to dr.Jean shin and her assistant America. You guys did such an awesome job and answered all my questions . My son Abraham didn't cry at all and felt so comfortable. I highly recommend you guys to other parents.

ADELAIDA is muy bueno!!
ADELAIDA is VERY GOOD!!! Always gets my children and myself scheduled in a timely manner!! And the staff always helpful friendly and answered any questions I may have.
