I recently had a complete dental exam at Dallas Dental Arts to figure out why I had soreness above my top front tooth. I had been in a fist fight, as a kid some 50 years ago. The tooth has been black since that time. Back in the 60's, my dentist told me, the nerves had been damaged and they had no way to fix it. During this exam, Dr. Allen found that I needed a root canal on the same tooth. Dr. Allen, a Prosthodontist, referred me to Dr. Ayik, an Endodonitics Specialist, who works for Dallas Dental Arts, and is an expert on root canals. With the two doctors discussing my case, they decided to do two days of bleaching, from the inside of the tooth, while doing the root canal. As a result, I don't need to hide the smile anymore. My top lip covered my black tooth in the past, as I hid my smile. I now have to learn to smile again. As I have two big pearly whites that I can smile with.
Kristin, the Dental Hygienist was wonderful. Her professionalism and friendliness during my exam was impeccable. All the staff at Dallas Dental Arts needs to be congratulated on a business well run. I was very happy with my visit and would refer anyone needing dental care, to go to Dallas Dental Arts.

While we were travelling, my husband suddenly had a serious tooth pain. We called Dallas Dental Arts, as it was close by the hotel we stayed and opened until 4pm on Friday. They fit him in on the same day, and took great care of him. Although he could not fix the problem at Dallas Dental Arts (as we had to depart next day), they helped him manage the pain. They also sent the x-rays to out dentist next day. They are competent, efficient, and truly care patients. I highly recommend Dallas Dental Arts.
