The minute you open the door to this lovely office, you know it’s going to be a good experience. Always greeted by a friendly staff. I never have to wait. My hygienist is Megan and I adore her. Funny, efficient, friendly and my teeth truly are her priority. Dr. Lohmann, a beautiful, energetic, loving dentist with amazing efficiency and knowledge pops in next. Her goal is to not only make you know everything about your teeth but also to try and work with you and your needs. Incredible staff. My son and I both go to this office and would never switch!

Very warm & pleasant experience! Great location& Professional Staff, Dr was so nice, and he also was very thorough in explaining my X-ray and exam results in a way that I could understand. Everyone on staff introduced themselves to me with their names and a smile. They were all gentle and made me feel Welcomed! I love this office a will return for all of my dental needs!

We are new to Dallas from Albany Ga. I tried another dentist prior to coming to Dallas Dental. I must say change is good. The staff here went above and beyond. Atmosphere was clean and inviting. Crystal was so professional and efficient when setting our appointments. The dental assistant Valencia provided exceptional customer service and assisted very well. My first time at this dentist office and everything was great. Setting up the appointment was easy and quick. I called, they took my information and I got a same day appointment. When I got there, they got me back there right away. Everyone was so professional and friendly. They were also really informative with letting me know exactly what was going on. This is honestly the best dentist I went to. I have no complaints at all.

Like most, I normally don't get super excited about going to the dentist. I've had a hard time finding a good one since moving to Dallas. I am so happy I found Dallas Dental today. Everything and everyone I encountered was near perfect. From Alba at the front desk, to Marianne for my cleaning and health assessment (best I've ever encountered), to Marie and Dr Welch. Dr. Loman was able to fit me into her schedule on short notice to fix a broken tooth. She and her assistant went out of their way to make me comfortable and explained what they were doing to prepare me for the procedures. While no visit to the dentist is pain free, this one was quite bearable. I now have a crown over my broken tooth.
