We just moved over to Dr Poteet because our other dentist retired. She sees myself and my three children. Her staff is very professional and very sweet with my children. The staff has offered helpful suggestions for healthier teeth, gums and mouth care. They are thorough with screenings and overall health of mouth care. The office is up to date and send out electronic paperwork and reminders. The location is ideal for my busy family. I have recently had to have a crown on and it was a easy process. They made sure my mouth guard fit on the new tooth as well. All in all it has been a pleasant transition.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tevis-Poteet since she opened her practice. I have always known by the results that I was receiving the best dental care available in Dallas. I have two implants, one of which came loose last year. Dr. Tevis-Poteet was able to research the original oral maxillofacial surgeon (now deceased) and work from there to determine the brand (which is over 25 years old - way before digital record keeping) and tools needed to fix my smile! It’s a great thing when you look forward to visiting the dentist, as she and her excellent staff have consistently made me feel valued as a patient. If you’re looking for a top notch dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sarah.

Dr. Poteet and her staff were incredible. The evaluation they did of my mouth and how it related to my overall health were second to none. I was really impressed with overall cleanliness of their office and the COVID 19 protocols they carried. They handled everything in an understated way that made you know you were safe in the office, but also didn't draw attention to the measures they were taking. They bent over backwards to work with my schedule and were, overall, just so great. After working with physicians for the last 10+ years for my career, I know when I see a quality one. Dr. Poteet and her staff are definitely above the board.

Dr. Poteet is probably one of the best in Dallas. Her staff is caring and friendly and always happy to see you and I them (until i get a cavity). But even then they take care of you and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Great options for cleaning, whitening, straightening, and other options like allergy tests, health tests, heart tests and more! This practice is the best in the biz.
