Fundamental Dental

It was a pleasant experience. The Doctor was very thorough in his examination and explained in detail all of my options. He also took the time to hear all of my questions and answered each one without rushing me. The staff there made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the door. Everyone there made me feel like it was their job to make it a comfortable experience, which it was. I haven't been to a dentist in several years and I was a little nervous about going but I will not hesitate to go back. I am going to recommend
Dr. Kuruvilla to my family and friends because I know that they will have a good experience as well.

The doctor and staff is amazing! He took a dark spot off my tooth that had been making me feel so ugly! He was quick he worked with my situation & got me taken care of!

This dental experience is one for the books! From the beginning to the end. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from two beautiful ladies. Everything was well organized and clean. And with this whole pandemic going on I felt safe as ever, Everyone had their mask on!!! And As I was feeling out paper work Dr. Kuruvilla came out in the waiting and introduced himself to me. Not a lot of Doctors do that. He even showed me around his office and personally greeted me to the staff workers. Everything was very professional and also he answered all my questions and every single concern. I received my treatment from there and I didn’t feel a thing which is so amazing because sometimes I get a little nervous. But he did let me know everything that he was doing. I appreciate the Doctor and the staff. Trust and believe you now have a patient for LIFE!!!!! I will be returning soon. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience Fundamental staff!!!!

**Story Time**
My children had a dental appointment today.
Being a single parent of 3, very important appointments like this can be super hard to fill out paperwork & keep the kiddos entertained. The staff as a whole pitched in & help me every step of the way. The dentist was very gentle & patient. I loved that she talked the kids through the procedure.
Eva at the front desk especially was very calming she made sure that I was ok & that My children were very entertained from drinks, movies, toys & balloons etc. Eva actually changed my life today. I was feeling overwhelmed as a single parent & she literally hugged me & encouraged me as a single mother to push through the difficult times.
Im super appreciative of everything you guys did today!

The service that we received from the front desk to the actual dental work was absolutely phenomenal. This will continue to be our dental home.

I Do not recommend this office for routine visits or dental work. They ask you to provide reviews immediately after your appointment while they watch, so all these 5 star reviews do not provide an accurate sample.

I assumed I was seeing Dr. Kuruvilla, but when I arrived they told me I was seeing someone else (maybe Dr. Diana Dao? She is not listed on the website at the time of this review). Dr. Dao (?) was friendly, but if someone is poking around in my mouth with sharp objects I also want them to be careful. She was not. She cleaned my mouth instead of a dental hygienist, and while she was lecturing on how important flossing was, she only flossed half my teeth. The rest of the cleaning was similarly haphazard. She found weaknesses in my enamel that were NOT cavities (I.e, they had not reached the dentin layer), but after clarifying they were not cavities she continued calling them cavities for the rest of the appointment. Over the course of the appointment she suggested I have 1-3 teeth drilled out, sometimes changing the suggestion mid-sentence. After the appointment her written treatment plan called for drilling 3 teeth. I went to a different, more careful dentist to get the one cavity taken care of, and that other dentist confirmed that the other two teeth just had weaknesses in the enamel that could be left alone for now. I will not be returning to this office.

I had my first visit yesterday for teeth cleaning and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff as well as their super clean offices with high tech equipment. Jacob, the dentist, was so caring and actually spent time to teach me the best ways to care my teeth and gums. Though I was worried about getting dental care because of COVID, they quickly put me at ease when I saw their masks, shields, gloves and generous availability and use of hand sanitizer. I will definitely be recommending Fundamental Dental to my family and friends!

My experience at Fundamental Dental was overall nothing but great. Had wonderful movies selection to keep you busy and make time there seem short. The was none to little wait. Did a wonderful job talking me through what they saw and explaining the options I had. Was very detailed and focus on my concern I made known. Dr. Jessica Dihh restored my faith in Dentist.

I have never had the type of experience at the dentist that I had with Fundamental. The office is brand new and beautiful, and the staff is amazing. Dr Kuruvilla took the time and educated me on each step he took. I have never had a DMD take the time to give me all of the details. I am a patient for life! If I could rate them 10 stars I would.
