Dr. Neeley Dentla Group has exceptional patient care culture. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. From Dr Neeley himself, his Dental assistants and up to his office personnel. Dr. Neeley was good at what he does.He pulled my teeth easily. I didn't even feel anything. He's very-very good and very professional. Best experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. The staff worked with me even though I was running late and still got me in in a timely matter. Everyone was extremely friendly. Dr. Neeley was super nice and personable. I didn’t get that mightier than thou demeanor even with his expertise. He was very knowledgeable and addressed the hyper sensitivity In my teeth I’d been experiencing after braces. Overall excellent experience.

All around great experience. From the second I walked in, the staff treated me like I was their first and only patient. Very attentive and very welcoming. As someone who suffers with sensitive teeth, I get very nervous going to dentist offices, but they made sure I was comfortable and took plenty of time to educate me on all sorts of preventative measures I can take at home. Will be going here for as long as I’m in the Dallas area - can’t recommend Dr. J and Desiree enough!

My first visit to Neeley Dental today was exceptional! A personalized sign greeted me as a new patient as I entered the waiting room. Hygienist Juliana was gracious, prepped my teeth with great care and skill, and explained everything thoroughly. Dr Neeley had a wonderful manner and we had an enjoyable conversation even as he evaluated my teeth. Everything about my visit was excellent and I will definitely recommend to friends and coworkers. My family and I have been going to Dr. Neeley for about 26 years. I always enjoy him and his staff. The office is very clean, comfortable and the staff is always friendly. He and his staff have taken great care of my teeth, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Definitely recommend them!
Update: Now that the practice is HJ Dental, I still have nothing but positive things to say about them. It’s still the same friendly staff, clean office and great dental care. I’ve been seeing Dr. J and know that I’m in great hands with her & Desiree who has taken care of my teeth for years. If you can’t tell, I still recommend this dental office.

As always, superb service. Warm greetings when you walk into the door. They are very prompt in calling you back. The staff is friendly. The care is second to none. I lived in Dallas when I first visited his practice. I moved far away and tried another dentist closer to my new home and I could not do it. The quality of care and value is too much to bother with another dentist. Forever a patient!

In part due to Covid I hadn't had my teeth cleaned and examined for almost 2 years, and moved to Dallas from Houston. I feel so fortunate I visited Neeley Dental Group. Desire' was the best hygienist I have ever had. I learned more about my dental condition from her in a half hour than I have my entire life! Natasha was also great and Dr Minton was excellent. I absolutely love Dr. Michael Neeley and his Staff. I have been a patient since I moved here to Texas in 1991 by recommendation of my sister and her family who are all his patients. I love the fact that he has the best bed side manner of any dentist I've ever gone to. He's gentle when handles your mouth and is the very professional. I've sent several friends and clients of mine to him and they all say the same about him. So with that being said, Thank you Dr. Neeley for keeping my smile perfect and my teeth healthy & white. 😁
