My husband has been with Dr. Sergio for over 10 years. I just started seeing him last year and we found some cavities that needed care. He was thoughtful and helped me understand the process and what could happen if we didn’t take care of them in a timely fashion. And he encouraged me to change up my tooth paste, which due to being in my young thirties and having a baby, my gums had become more sensitive. My gums bleed less and have less sensitivity.
No long wait to be seen when I have an appointment. And have experienced fast dental work while in his chair.
I really enjoyed Aspen, who is relatively new to his practice. She young and personable.
We drive down to Uptown from Richardson, and while it’s a far drive, Dr. Sergie’s dental practice is trustworthy.

Their communication is absolutely awful. Went for dental implant consultation, was told I'd hear back in a week, called 3 weeks later, called a month and a half later, finally received email telling me he couldn't do it after giving me a false sense of security just strung me along for 3 months while my mouth got worse. Told me not to do 24 hour implants then recommended me to a 24 hour implant dentist, refused to take my call or call me back with an explanation.
