Wonderful experience, for a first visit. Could not be more pleased! I highly recommend this practice group. Attentive, thoughtful, and thorough. Answered all my questions and they gave me so much more than any previous dental group has in my all my years ( I’m 65) of dental care. This was a God send and I can not recommend them enough.Dr. Prida is a jewel. So interactive and knowledgeable. You will be in the best care with her services!

I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I feel this one is warranted.
First, let me begin by saying that I absolutely love Dr. Prida, as well as the lady who took my X-rays. Unfortunately, I never got past the initial first visit. The front office staff is terrible. They had trouble verifying my insurance, but the lady in the billing department (Angela?) said that she would work with me and, at the very least, grant me a new patient special; X-rays, exam and cleaning for $99.00. I got the X-rays, a partial exam and evaluation (no oral cancer screening), but due to the time wasted trying to verify my insurance, I wasn't able to get the dental cleaning that day. I did, however, get an estimate for all the work I need to have done.....minus insurance. I was promised an updated quote once my insurance was verified.
I called back the following week with my insurance information. I asked them to please send me a new estimate. I contacted them several times during the five-plus weeks since I had my first appointment. When I called, I asked to speak with Angela in billing, and Alondra kept giving me excuses as to why she couldn't take my call, but would give Angela the message. Every single call went unanswered, and each time I called back, I was falsely promised that I would receive my new estimate. They can't possibly be that busy. I remember only one time that they called me, and it was before my appointment asking if I could reschedule to an earlier time. In fact, while I was sitting in the waiting room I overheard Alondra calling patients to see if they could change their appointment times. I guess they wanted to get everyone taken care for the day so they could leave early.
I finally decided that enough is enough. I called yesterday and told Alondra to please send me my dental X-rays and records. She said that she would send them to whichever dentist I chose to go to. Ironically, I received an email from her today saying that my X-rays had been sent. I've been fighting for over five weeks just to get a simple estimate, but as soon as I request my files be transferred to a different dental clinic, they're on it without question. I guess my business means absolutely nothing to them. I never even got a "Sorry you aren't happy with our practice", or "Is there anything we can do to convince you to stay with us?"
The system won't allow me to give zero stars on this review, but I guess this office deserves at least 1 star because Dr. Prida and her assistant were so nice. Sorry, ladies, but that one employee of yours cost you a customer.

I recommend this place. Was in pain walking in and walk out pain free. This dentist reminds me of my first dentist the late (Dr. McArthur Brown). Nice friendly they cared and was patient with you if need to be. My mom will definitely love this dentist, and staff. SPECIAL thanks to DR. Davina Prida, Kesha, Allie, Daniela, Alondra and Allie. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST.

Today I got my brand new smile and I couldn’t be happier! My old smile used to have different shades of white, it was very embarrassing for me to smile for I was self conscious about it. Dr Prida gave me today the best gift of all, a beautiful new smile that I absolutely love! Dr Prida, her assistant Ally, and the whole staff are wonderful, friendly and professional.
