Minnie Pearl is the cutest and best kept secret at Lakewood Family Dental ;-) I got to hold her for some much needed doggie love. All kidding aside .. Dr. Slaughter is amazing! His assistant, Norma, is so kind and professional. Dr. Farmer cares for my teenager's oral health. He is also amazing! Thank you to all your staff for being so kind and understanding. The weather here today is really bad. There's sleet and ice. I (for some reason) thought I was going to make my dental appointment. I called and said I was going to try to be there. However, Jody called me and said it wouldn't be safe and the best thing would be a reschedule. I'm really glad because I hadn't looked out the window. After I rescheduled and looked out the window, I was thankful for Jody being more aware and concerned for me than I was about myself. LAKEWOOD ROCKS. I have the best dental family on this planet for sure.

I had what I call an A1 Experience with Dr. Slaughter and Libby. For the work up that Libby did in order to present to the dentist the issues going on was fast and she does it with Ease. Thank you. Dr. Slaughter, Wow - Awesome. Thank you for taking the time to go in a logical order, Step-by-step for me to understand all the work that needs to be done. Just a note to praise Dr. Slaughter's usual assistant, Ms. Norma, when it comes to more "heavy-duty" dentalwork (of which I have had plenty lately!). Norma is kind, friendly, always cheerful, & a complete pleasure for her patient. She is also a consummate professional who knows her job/duties thoroughly due to her long experience - to which she adds excellent advice/directions when the patient asks for them. She is always fully "patient" with her patient!

Truly cannot more highly recommend this dental office.. Dr Farmer and the entire staff are sincerely kind and most important to me, Libby, my hygienist who’s genuine focus and care regarding my oral care and personal comfort while there and also with a go forward planning strategy, which has unique hurdles. The experience is positive in every way of measure and better than any prior experience I’ve had, and I’m 6 decades in to this journey, so there’s a decent benchmark!
