My experience was great!!! I came here a few years ago and the service and doctors were amazing, that I had to come back. The staff was very informative and attentive to my needs. The cost was affordable with my insurance. It’s good to good to a dentist where the care about your oral health and your life! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!!

This place is great! The doctor is amazing & patient. I’m always worried before going to the dentist but from the lovely front desk lady’s to the lady’s in the back they make you super comfortable. They have great payment plans and work with you. I recommend 100%.

Lancaster Family Dentistry went above and beyond with my dental needs, they were very understanding and helpful in every aspect..& the problems I was having..The office manager was extremely nice, caring helpful and friendly.. Dr.Stevens was very professional and gentle with my extraction…I have been going to this dentist office for years and never had a bad experience, the front desk workers are very professional, friendly and helpful, office, restrooms & treatment rooms are always spotless.. The worst dentist office ever I made an appointment for my 20 months baby We we’re the 1st ones to arrived as well as 4 other people we were all scheduled for the same time I had to wait 30 min until I was told they need to change the dr bc whoever I was supposed to see was no longer there when I told them This would not not work for me next visit they “suggested “ to cancel my appointment for the day I am a very nice person so just Left but I will no recommend this place to anyone. girls who there were very rude and didn’t try to help they didn’t care at all

From My POV as An Extern They Are A Wonderful Office Who Knows How To Work Together As Team From The Office Managers To The Assistants All The Way To The Doctor Who Is Very Helpful In Explaining And Breaking Down Your Procedures To You .. Overall A Great Office I Give Them A 10/10
