As a 1st time patient I was well taken care of from start to end, I am extremely Highly Satisfied with the overall service, Great doctor and patient interaction. Mint Dental Made me feel like my smile was important again , the doctor assistants were very bright and confident in the knowledge they shared with me. This is such a nice dentist office! From when booking the appointment to arriving to getting checked by the doctor, they're so kind! Lauren was so nice and informative and Dr. Graham was very kind and personable as well! They play your choice of Netflix programs while sitting in your chair that massages your back at the same time! All dentist experiences should be like this!

I tried Mint a few weeks ago-- I have no complaints about the support staff, the atmosphere was nice, and the experience is truly world class for a dentist office. I go in for the appointment and after the exam apparently had four or five cavities (it had been about 3 years since I've been to a dentist) and a missing filling. I already knew that one of my fillings was missing, so I agreed to have them replace the filling and work on one of the cavities.

Ever since the appointment, both teeth have been aching almost every time I eat or drink. The visit itself also lasted quite a while and I had my mouth pried open for at least a full hour (and it felt like longer). I already had a slight distrust of dentists (a dentist who was NOT a qualified oral surgeon removed my wisdom teeth in high school) but now I'm not sure I'll ever go again. The dentist at Mint also told me that the tooth where the cavity she worked on is may even need to be REMOVED because of how hard it was to reach in my mouth (upper back tooth). I'm 24 years old, don't drink soft drinks and rarely eat anything that's not a whole food, so I highly doubt that removal of my tooth is a necessary option.

Again, everyone was very nice and the service was great, but I'm tired of being in pain when before everything felt just fine.

I usually hate the dentist, but my first visit was absolutely painless and very professional! The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient! Now I can’t WAIT to go to my follow up appointments!

I had a good first experience with Mint. Here is why I won t be back after my second experience:

I received several reminders from Mint about my upcoming appointment (a postcard, 2 emails, and 4 texts) which I confirmed and showed up on time. After waiting 40 minutes, they told me they were busy and still had 2 people ahead of me. I switched to Mint because it was located close to my office which I thought would make appointments easier and faster. Mint overbooked their schedule and expected me to be OK with waiting an hour just to be seen. No thanks.

I will be going back to Ashley Cothern who always respected my time and always provided great service.

Had a appointment today at the Little Road office, I specifically stated I was there for extraction of my furthest tooth in the back at the bottom (18) and I was charged for that tooth. Service was great until I went to the car and took my gauze out and noticed THEY PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH!! Once I went back into the office and told them what the problem was, THE DOCTOR TOLD ME "WELL YOU NEEDED THAT TOOTH PULLED ANYWAY"... I wouldn't recommend this type of service to ANYONE. Not only did you not pull the correct tooth but your comments afterwards instead of owning your mistake!!! I even had to pay to have the correct tooth pulled.

I been going for over 4 years best dental experience of my life there are super fast and sweet. Especially Ms. Page and Ms. Shelly they're the best. I highly recommend to come to Mint Dentistry.

Mint Dentistry IS AWESOME!! EVERYONE is so polite and extremely accommodating. They really try to make your as comfortable as possible. They do a good job of reviewing you benefits and let you know exactly what's going to go on. Myself and my family are DEFINITELY going to be Mint patients for Life!!😍👍

I have to share another review and let you know how awesome Daisy is!!! She is one of the RDAs at Highland Hotel and she is definitely the best, makes you feel right at home and is very polite!! Made my dental experience 10x better!! Ask for her when you come in to be your RDA!!! Thank you Daisy!!

Today was my first visit with MINT dentistry and I have to say they lived up to the hype. I was nervous about switching but had heard great things (well and heard the ad on the radio about 5 times a day.) Everyone was super nice and the perks they talk about were awesome. Will definitely keep going!
