Awesome and patients based dentistry services. A great place to go for dentistry needs. I really appreciate how i was treated. Everything i needed to know was well explained, the attention that i received was great and it made me feel at ease immediately...thanks so much Stephanie and more importantly the services were awesome. I ll definitely recommend this place for anybody with dentistry needs.

This is by far one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to. The entire staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly. I was very impressed with Dr B and how amazing she is at what she does. She is now my go to dentist!

I was not satisfied with the level of service that received at North Haven Family dentistry and I will not be going back to them after my experience with the staff working there. I joined them as a new patient this spring after I read reviews about them and found that they were in my network. It also helped that they were not too far away from where I live. My first dental exam and cleaning went by pretty smoothly and it was 100% covered by my dental insurance as expected. However, things did not go as smoothly during my second annual cleaning this fall. During my visit I was told that my insurance only covers 80% of my exam & cleaning and that I would have to pay around $50 dollars for the remainder of the balance. I told the receptionist at the front desk that this did not seem right as my insurance should cover it 100% as it had with my previous visit. She looked at the computer and told me that I actually paid out of pocket during my first visit back in the spring, which I knew to not be true. I decided to not argue the point and I went through with my cleaning & exam fully expecting to get home and verify my insurance coverage with my provider, and then follow up with North Haven Family dentistry to get a refund for my $50. Sure enough, I found my old receipt from my first visit with Dr. Bhupatiraju and the entire visit had been 100% covered by my insurance. I called back North Haven Family dentistry and spoke to Stephanie at the front desk to inform her of what I found. She then proceeded to explain to me that I was no longer in-network, and that they were charging me as an out-of-network patient! I asked her when this started and she told me that I had always been treated as an out-of-network patient, but they “mistakenly” filed me as in-network during my first visit. So, to summarize: 1) My insurance used to show North Haven Family dentistry as being in-network, but Dr. Bhupatiraju left my network and her staff never informed me. 2) Her staff told me that I was charged as out-of-network and paid out of pocket during my first visit, which was not true. 3) The explanation that they mischarged me during my first visit is fishy and doesn’t seem entirely truthful. 4) And finally, it was only after I pressed the issue that I found out why they were trying to charge me at all for something that should always be covered 100% in-network.

Dr. Prameela was very assuring and explained me each and every aspect about dental hygiene and told me the exact root cause of the issue i was facing.I am very happy with the service provided. She took extra care and time on my dental issue. I strongly recommend this wonderful facility lead by very knowledgeable and genuine person like Dr.Prameela.

My husband has been to Dr B a few times and has said that he would recommend her to anyone. She is always so kind and explains everything that needs to be done. She is very knowledgeable. Anyone that is nervous or scared souls see Dr B. She has a way with patients that makes them feel at ease.

Always a pleasant visit. At first my visit was strictly emergency, then became my chosen dentist. Highly recommend!

Dr. B and her staff are amazing. The dentist is very conservative and will only recommend treatment that you really need. Dr. B and staff will treat you like family and are great at helping you with your insurance.

Best dentist in Dallas, my son and I love her! She and her staff explain everything so we know what is going on. There is practically no wait time which is a huge plus, we are in and out quickly. This is the place to go for quality dental care and comfortable experience.

Family in North Haven Family Dentistry should be bold and in all caps, because that is what it is and that is how they treat you. It's the best dentistry in Dallas! Dr. Bhupatiraju is very caring and gentle when it comes to her patients. My Wife and I have been going to her for several years. Everyone from the Receptionist to the Interns treat you as Family. Words can not do Dr. Bhupatiraju and STAFF justice they simply are the best!!

I highly recommend North Haven. The office staff here are always friendly and efficient. I recently had some old crowns replaced. The dentist and her staff were very good about explaining what they are doing every step of the way and making sure I was never uncomfortable.
