Key the dentist asst made me feel very comfortable during my consultation. Cynthia/Cindy table manners during my operation kept me relaxed. I'm always nervous about the dentist but the team made me feel very relaxed. I will come back for future dental needs.

I drive over an hour for this facility because it's worth it. They got me scheduled easily and quickly when I had an emergency. The Dr's and staff are extremely professional, polite, and personable. All the dentists and hygienists that I saw were empathetic and worked tirelessly to eliminate my pain, root canal, and crown all I'm a few hours. I definitely recommend!!!

Had a GREAT experience here today! Office is open later for those like me who would rather miss less work, and everyone I interacted with was efficient and so friendly. Dr. Santillan was awesome as was Katrina (hygienist)! Highly recommend!

The whole staff was amazing!! They talked through everything with me and made it easier for me to understand from procedures to insurance. They are all amazing and I highly recommend them. Also my cleaning was spectacular Katrina did an amazing job and I cannot stop looking at my teeth.

Last week I went to Northeast Dallas Dentistry for a routine check-up. I was pleased with the level of care shown by the team at Northeast Dallas Dentistry. There was no waiting time. BEWARE! These people will try to sell you dental services you don't need. They are very nice, but you need to trust your gut when it tells you that they are recommending that you spend $$$$ you don't need to spend. Get a second opinion if you have to! Just don't sign their treatment plan unless you are sure that you need that level of work done.

Everyone is super friendly. I chipped a tooth and they got me in real fast, like the next day fast. Everyone in the staff took great care of me. I'm a big old chicken and they definitely kept me calm. I am definitely coming back. This is my new permanent dentist.

I usually don’t write reviews and when I do it’s rarely a bad one, but this is the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had.
Right in the middle of a crown procedure the dentist informed me that I need a root canal. This was NOT planned and I had no other choice but to go home with a temporary crown. So a week later I went to get root canal and was also supposed to get my crown done right after, but there was some air conditioning problem, and I waited almost an hour only to be told to come back later in the afternoon. But this is not even the worst part.
I’ve done a crown with them last year too and they overcharged me several hundred dollars, it took me a month to get it when they said 7-14 business days. So this time I decided to ask them to recalculate the amount upfront, but guess what, I was overcharged again. And they ignored all my emails and calls later so I had to talk to my insurance company and almost filed a financial complaint against them. Yet six months later, I still haven’t gotten my full refund yet.
Btw, the accountant/front desk was very condescending too. When I asked for a simple email confirmation about the refund, she said she was very busy and doesn’t have time.
