OH MY GOSH... WHAT AN AMAZING OFFICE AND STAFF !!!
Relocating to another state is never easy, especially when you have to change Specialist and Medical Providers. The time and energy it takes to find good people can be difficult.
The professionalism is astonishing in this establishment. Very kind and humble people. They are very classy and high-tech. Yes, I know that many would never consider a dentist office to be classy, but they were to me. They have a TV on the wall and the ceiling for you to watch as you are being cared for. They are customer service driven and will do all they can to explain your treatment. As a first time client, I can say that I honestly trust them. Steven and Maham was impeccable with taking the time and patience to give us visuals of our care plan. No matter how far I live, they will have my business! I am pleased, and if you give them a try, you will be pleased also!

I had a great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly and professional. My exam was thorough. And most important of all, I felt like the dentist and hygienist were trustworthy. Because of a horrible previous experience (at a different dentist), I have a fear of being taken advantage of by dentists - e.g. being told I have more issues than I actually do, or being upsold procedures I don't really need. But today I was told I had zero cavities (hooray!) and was given the simple cleaning I wanted. That gives me confidence that they are actually medical professionals and not corrupt salesman like the last dentist I saw (Amigos Dental on Tyler St).

My initial experience was not great since I did not get the services that I had booked after spending 2 hours in the clinic.
The good: The clinic is clean and hygienist, Matt was friendly. The doctor spent time going over what I needed and my concerns. She seemed very knowledgeable and involved me in decision making.
The bad: I scheduled an initial evaluation and cleaning. I got the evaluation but not the cleaning. Although this issue was not resolved at the time of the visit, the manager called me back to apologize and troubleshoot.
Update- I returned since my initial visit and had a much better experience. The doctor did a cleaning and some dental work. She was very thoughtful during the visit and checked frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I had very little pain afterwards.

Have been seeing Dr Munawar for the last three years . What a lovely team . Dr Munawar is kind , caring and compassionate , explains treatment in detail . Front staff is friendly . Love my dentist !

This office has great customer service. Starting with the front staff, he was so helpful and kind. Provided me with all the information I needed. The doctor and assistant were both great while I was getting my procedure done. They made me feel comfortable. I will be keeping them for future dental appointments.

My wife and I used this dentist because they’re close by. But I would recommend against it. Not only have the dentists cost more trouble to my teeth, the young man at the front desk is incredibly rude. If you like your teeth and like to be treated well, try another place.
