Preston Hollow Dental Care

All the staff at Preston Hollow Dental Care were super sweet and attentive. It was my first appointment with them, and I came in to deal with 9 cavities at once. Dr. Athar was so gentle and encouraging during the whole process. They even stayed after hours to make sure my sister and I got all the work done that we needed. Everyone who works there is super kind and professional, and its definitely the best dentist I've ever been to.

Everyone is really nice. I am scared of the dentist but everyone here made me feel extremely safe. Maria is so kind and after I shared with her that I was scared she checked up on me repeatedly throughout my appointment. The doctor is really nice and does a great job. I didn’t feel any pain. Overall nice place and I’m happy I found a dentist to go to.

The staff was awesome! Very professional. The tech was superwoman. She loves her position and it shows. The hygienist and the dentist were very, very professional. They took great care to talk with you and explain every detail. The front office staff were great. Very easy to talk with, professional at their craft. Well spoken and very friendly. I become very uptight going to the dentist but this trip was a good experience. Thanks everyone! 😊

This was my first visit, and my first dental appointment in TX. I was very pleased with the friendly and professional staff. I am happy with the suggested solution, and look forward to the end product - a new smile!

This is a great dental office. I have been going there for a few years and highly recommend for cleaning, cavities and dental well being.

SCAM ALERT- they will sell you anything and everything.

On your first appointment they will only do x-rays but they are NOT clear about that. I realized I wasn’t getting a cleaning after I had been there for two hours. During that visit, the X-ray tech and the dentist told me I needed an oral antibiotic treatment for gingivitis and I needed to have two cavities filled and that they could take care of all of it that visit. I said no. I left feeling very ashamed- they made me feel like I don’t take care of my teeth. In the past, I’ve always been complimented by the hygienist. I scheduled my cleaning and only paid the $5 copay.

I considered not going back but my insurance won’t pay for two x-rays a week apart so I felt trapped into staying with them.

On my cleaning visit, they said I didn’t need an antibiotic (so they made a wrong diagnosis??) but a deep gingivitis cleaning would do the trick. I was very skeptical about this and am ashamed that I went ahead with the cleaning they recommended. No one mentioned the cavities and I didn’t see the dentist on that visit. They scheduled me for my “regular” cleaning and gingivitis check up one month out. I imagine if I go back I’ll be told the treatment did not work.

My gums look 100% healthy and I have had no issues ever with my teeth/gums/mouth. I’m 25.

Professionals gave me an emergency appointment most dentist won’t . They were concerned about my health. I’d recommend them to my friends and family

Absolutely lovely! I am a very nervous dental patient and they were polite and kind and reassuring the ENTIRE visit. None of the staff members pressured me into care I couldn’t afford at the moment or wasn’t comfortable doing all at once. I’ll be going back in two weeks for more care and I wouldn’t say I’m looking forward to it but I know that I’ll be well tended and taken care of and will definitely be less nervous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've always felt anxious at dentist appointments so I've been putting it off for many years. I recently moved and found that this place was close by. All the positive reviews are true! The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I didn't get the name of the woman who took my x-rays but she was absolutely the best; sympathetic and patient with me. Dentist Boatemaa was gentle and also very patient with me. Not once did I feel criticized or dismissed by the staff. I highly recommend this office, they have an amazing team!

I recently had some fairly extensive work done at PH Dental. This was my first experience with them so you never know what to expect. Very quickly I found it was going to be a very positive experience. I transitioned from being a patient to feeling like I was family almost immediately. Rachel at the front desk was great, Lupe Fallad the RDA and Dr. Zahra Athar were not only fabulously skilled but amazing human beings to be around. I seldom if ever write reviews but felt they all deserved a shout out for a job well done! Thanks to all and I highly recommend Preston Hollow Dental Care!
