I called and a rude lady answered. I was trying to schedule an appointment and naturally I asked questions. The lady was very unprofessional and I cannot understand why an office would put such a person there in the first place. I did a little search about some of their doctors and found really bad reviews. It seems nowadays everyone can create fake rating and reviews to lure customers to their business.

Friendly staff, who are organized and work efficiently with each other! as a new patient I filled out the necessary paperwork, got a cleaning, an oral evaluation, and X-rays in less than 40 minutes. After that it was 5 minutes paying and then done! This was 8:30 am on a Wednesday.

Got turned away because I brought my child with me. Which could have been fine but the lady was very rude with a snarky attitude. I'm a single mother who lives in Dallas alone. I don't have a bunch of people to watch my kid while I go to the dentist. Maybe have your staff be a little less bitchy to would be customers. Will find another provider with nicer staff who could at least offer to reschedule.
