Aside from problems with the elevator s...again, and the necessity to complete a tome of new insurance paperwork my visit was otherwise completely acceptable! Dr Brumbaugh and his staff were, as always very professional, thorough and enjoyable. I had the best dental cleaning I've ever had! I understand Dr Brumbaugh and his staff will be moving to a new building in the near future so the elevator problems will no longer exist.

I just finished my dental appointment, Tammy was the dental hygienist and she was super sweet and did an amazing job, no pain My teeth feel incredibly clean. She has been in the industry over 30 years.
She took all the x-rays and showed me two issues that needed to be addressed.
The dentist came in and was super nice and friendly and inspected my teeth and also confirmed the two issues and explained to me treatment options.
So far really impressed, clean environment everyone's well-mannered and they got straight to work and got everything figured out.
I will update this review after I get the treatment done with the laser.
I have two old crowns that need some work so they're going to take those off, fix the base with the laser and then put the new crowns on.
Wanted to add that the view from your chair is spectacular. You get to see the beautiful downtown Dallas while they're working on your teeth. See the attached pictures.
Also the lady that takes care of all the paperwork and scheduling is a superstar. She's fast and makes sure everything's in order and will text you to make sure that you have a reminder. She also gets all the paperworking order and sends it off to your insurance company.

Amazing experience. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, every step of the way from my first phone call, to being welcomed when I walked in the door. It is a WOW experience. Dr Brumbaugh does such a great job of taking the time to explain things and makes you feel at ease that you are in good hands. Tammy the hygienist is the tops, not only is she the best I have ever experienced her personality will have you in stitches (not literally). If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They’re so helpful and kind to me. Doctor B has located and repaired my past neglected issues. I have felt my teeth become healthier and cleaner as his Hygienist is very meticulous. The office staff are also really kind and I appreciate their attentiveness. Overall this is a great place probably the best. You will get the answers and needs you need meet to have a healthy smile .
