By far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist! Everyone is very kind and friendly. Dr. Peck is amazing! Very honest, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, and all around wonderful guy! He talks to you throughout your treatment to ensure you know what is going on and to make you feel more comfortable. Prices are reasonable and they will work with you if you cannot pay full amount. Highly recommend! I will never go to another dentist.

I LOVED MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE! I’m very excited I have a place I won’t hesitate to put out off going to twice a year for cleanings. I called my boss and family members to let them know I found a place I love!! All goods things!! Super Happy…with clean teeth!

Absolutely love the Dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and staff at Deer Park Family Dentistry! My family and I have been patients with them for almost 30 years! They are always friendly, caring, professional and the quality of their work is outstanding!

Today was my first time ever leaving a dentist appointment happy!!!! No lie!!! I’ve been to so many places being told I either need several root canals or a tooth pulled, but not today. The dental assistant was amazing she made me feel really comfortable and was down to earth I felt like I’ve known her for years. The doctor was really cool too, I told him the previous dentist told me I needed to get an older root canal redone and the 2 teeth behind that one needed root canals. He told me no, that it was unnecessary that I need a new crown and the other 2 need fillings 😳😳 only one might need a root canal only if it doesn’t heal with the filling. I just couldn’t believe it he was so honest. What kept me away and why beside genetics from going is root canals are painful and expensive. Thank you so much guys for be up front and honest I will be telling all my friends about y’all!

I am a new patient. I have been extremely pleased so far. As one with a lot of health issues, I felt I was in competent hands that were putting me first, not money. The staff is extremely friendly & very helpful.

Great service. Very polite and professional staff, Kaela is the best! The lobby, office, and exam rooms are very clean. Dr. Peck is always positive and upbeat. I won’t go anywhere else.

We’ve gone to Deer Park Family Dentistry for several years. They are always thorough with our exams and take the time to answer any questions we have. I high recommend Deer Park Family Dentistry.

Take a journey with me as I share my experience at this dentist office.

Let me first start off by saying, the atmosphere is very professional. This is my second time at this location. The staff- very kind, patient, caring, loving. With an exception to a particular Doctor. I will get into that here shortly. I will not bore you with the prelude, so I would just get right into it.

Like mentioned previously, this is my second visit here. Services were scheduled for a deep cleaning. I come in, get situated , Kaela (an amazing patient Individual) is my registered dental hygienist. She pre-numbs me before the dentist comes in and injects the actual numbing medication. I was more than a bit squeamish. I could be 100% honest needles terrify me. I should have mentioned my initial appointment was with Dr. Peck( amazing dentist, person with an amazing personality.) like mentioned previously, needles terrify me. Kaela talk me through the procedure, while she got my gums pre-numbed before the actual doctor comes in. I shared my terrifying fears of needles with her. Took longer than expected. To calm my fears of needles. Dr Peck wasn’t available to do the numbing at that particular time. A Dr.Lamar came in to actually numb me. So Kaela can do her procedure (deep cleaning.) I also explained to Dr. Lamar how terrified I was of the needle. I was more so scared of the pain and my natural fear of needles. Those two combined are not good. Here comes the part where the 3 stars come into play. Dr.Lamar had a very nonchalant. Pushy let’s get it over with attitude. Mind you, during this I felt her tension, and frustration. At this point, my nervousness was really hyped. She did huff and puff once. Which made me feel really uncomfortable. At this time I did not want any procedures done my mind was made up. Due to her in my opinion, not caring attitude, and her nonchalant ways. Kaela, continued to talk me through it. Even suggested alternatives. At this point Dr. Lamar. Got up and left the room (gave me some time) she said. We tried an alternate numbing medication. Suggested by Kaela. Procedure started. I was still feeling a little bit of pain. I let her know. She also felt it. She did not feel comfortable and she stopped. She went to go get Dr. Peck. This is why I changed it from 3 stars to 4 . In comes Dr.Pecks, with his caring, loving nature. Explained things in a different perspective very calm very rationalized .I felt his caring and compassion for the patient. Amazing!! Bedside manners is an understatement. He explained things in a more calm, approach. He was not pushy nor did he make me feel uncomfortable. After he explain things to me in a more calm rationale. I consented, and he proceeded to numb me. Not feeling a thing mind you, as the needle was inserted to numb me. Thus Kaela being able to do her deep cleaning. After the deep cleaning, I proceeded back with Dr. pack for a filling.

I said all of that to simply say this; bedside manners are extremely important, decision changing important for a doctor to have. I will continue to come to this dentistry, but would only see those two individuals. Dr.Peck and Kaela. Besides this experience, this dentist office is a great place!!
