I came here because of a referral from my aunt who had a really pleasant experience!! My initial visit with Dr. V went GREAT! Very thorough and knowledgeable and the front staff are very friendly!! Well I need to get a crown and so I scheduled a visit and came in.. they fitted me and sent it off. It took 2-3 weeks before the permanent came in and when I came in to get it on; it didn't fit!!! They had to go through the process again and I had to wait about 2 more weeks! In the meantime, they placed the temp that didn't fit which gave me discomfort and I had to come in to have it shaped. I saw a lady dentist and I didn't care for her bedside manners at all! Finally when it was time to get my perm on; I had sensitivity and was told I needed a root canal!! I'm frustrated at this point because I feel that could have been said many visits ago! I scheduled it and did my "research" and scared myself into not getting it! I called the dentist and spoke to a lady that was patient, listened to my concerns and addressed all of them!! I felt better about it but was still scared!! Well I just had a root canal procedure completed yesterday and the experience was far better than I thought it would be! Dr. V was patient, informative and coached me through the process while being sensitive to any discomfort! The front desk asked about my experience at the end.. just an overall caring, personal touch which meant a lot! He also went over options and treatments that I needed and WHY they were needed! I feel Better about dental work now.my root canal procedure today has given me A little expected discomfort but manageable. I'm glad the other dentist (the lady) is no longer there and I will stick with Dr. V! Thank you all for turning a not so good experience into an great one!

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Varkey since 2012 and he and his staff are always treating us exceptionally well. I recently went for braces and I can guarantee that It was really fast and worth the money. They are very personal, kind and caring. I have no complaints about visiting his clinic.
