Amazing experience for both my daughter and I. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Since I’ve had positive experiences with A.C. Villarreal Family Dentist I finally decided to switch my daughters dentist. Best decision ever! My daughter was a bit nervous for her visit but that quickly changed the minute the staff attended to her —- they made her feel comfortable which made her visit a positive one. Her hygienist was caring, attentive, extremely clean and careful when handling cleaning tools. Thank you for your patience and excellent customer service!

Dr. V and his team at AC Villarreal Family Dental have been taking care of my Mom’s dentistry needs for several years. With every visit, they keep proving why it makes total sense to have the word “family” in their name. They treat my Mom like she was their own. Dr. V has such a gentle and reassuring demeanor, and he and his team always take time to explain any complexities and options for care. My Mom is always impressed with their knowledge and the degree of technology they employ in their dental services. It’s also quickly obvious he is a Master Class in Dentistry by the way he guides and empowers his dental team during procedures. From dental services, to scheduling, to business administration, the staff is always mindful to coordinate with one another, ensuring the most efficient and pleasant experience for my Mom. We are grateful to have her in the care of such kind hearts and trustworthy hands.

Usually I don't take the time to complete these sort of reviews because I'm a firm believer that for something like medical/dental visits, no two patients are alike. However, I've visited this office for multiple procedures a total of 4 times every time I'm impressed with both the staff and doctor himself. They all, especially Dr. Villarreal, takes the time to visually explain what's going on. I've never once felt rushed or pressured. Another thing - you're promptly seen at your scheduled time. There seems to be no backlog of patients waiting resulting in hours and hours of wait. I appreciate little things like this. Highly recommend this practice.

Dental appointments make me anxious to the point that I avoid going. This was my 1st appt. with Dr. V. When I walked in, the front office staff seemed very busy. I was called in by the hygienist, and he explained step by step of his procedure & I was encouraged to ask questions at any time. He answered my questions & he was very informative, which put me at ease. I then saw Dr. V. he explained my x-rays to me & what was most important for us to work on 1st. I felt very comfortable asking questions and didn't feel rushed, which once again put me at ease. I'm going back.💯

A.C. Villarreal Family Dental is an amazing place. Dr. Chapa is a phenomenal dentist. She is truly a pleasure to interact with and her skills as a dentist earn her an A+ across the board. The staff are also great. I ran into an issue with an appointment, and Lupita went out of her way to help. As far as my past interactions with medical doctors and dentists, this is the first time that I have experienced a group of people within a family practice who really care and take the time to get to know their patients.
