After avoiding the dentist office for two years, maybe three, a sudden, unrelenting toothache forced me to look for a dentist.

It’s always tricky when all you have to go by is the word of unknown reviewers online, but the glowing posts convinced me to give this place a try. It was a pleasant surprise to personally find out this office was worthy of their high star rating.

Everyone from the reception desk to the staff and dentist were accommodating and patient, no pun intended.

I had some sensitivity in a part of my mouth, which I communicated to them. They listened and adjusted to the way they treated that area. Then when I told them I wanted to delay the cleaning due to that sensitivity they did not pressure me to change my mind. I really appreciated that. It’s so common when a business suggests something that benefits their bottom line, a test, a cleaning, etc., and ignore what a patient says.

Then later when we discussed a future procedure, I did not feel pressured at any point. Personally, I liked that kind of consistency in service that extends throughout all departments.

I’m a little nervous about the upcoming procedure, but after my initial experience I feel like they’re going to do their best to make it as painless as possible.

My children and I have been patients of Dr. Michael Adame for over 25 years. He has always taken excellent care of all our dental needs. The staff is so professional and always show great compassion. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they are the best!

My kids and I love this dentist office. From the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor, they are all kind and welcoming. I love how my hygienist continues to educate me on proper brushing and gum care with every visit. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Adame's office was very accommodating of my last-minute appointment. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcome and comfortable, just as I did when I used to visit when I was younger. My cleaning (with Mario) and consultation (with Dr. Salinas) were quick and efficient, and everything was explained to me in detail. I am supposed to return for more dental work soon, and I am glad I chose to return to Dr. Adame's office after many years. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Adame if you're looking for excellent overall quality.

Everyone always friendly and very professional. I always have a good experience when I go to see Dr. Adame. They are very caring people. I trust them very much with my teeth.

Dr Adame has been my family’s dentist for over 20 years. Dr Adame’s team has always been a friendly and courteous group of professionals. We enjoy our visits and look forward to many more in the coming years.

My wife had an appointment. I was overdue for a visit. Staff was able to work me in. For the future, we will be scheduled same day to see hygienist, saving us travel, fuel and time. Nice!! I really appreciate it!

My wife and I both had our first appointments. The staff and dentists are horrible... It is probably MY fault. I did not explain to them how much I thoroughly love to complain.

If I had, maybe they would not have been so perfect./grin

Dr Adame, Dr Rohit and Dr Salinas... Celinda on insurance and financial planning. The only other staff names I remember is Wally & Cordy (spelling on both?)... Yes live them both, professional courteous and kind.

Facility wise... nice ample parking.

So many waiting rooms and medical facilities here in the valley are a wreck. With filthy vents or repairs needed to be done. This dental office only blocks from the Edinburg courthouse is wonderful. The dental suites very well planned out with space and lighting intended to make you smile.

Would I recommend Dr Adame's practice in Edinburg to family and friends? Yes... but you other people stay away, I don't want them too busy for us. /grin

I went in with so much pain. Dr Mohammed was excellent. She kept me calm and at ease during my procedure. Staff was so friendly. Will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you! I feel so much better

Overall experience was awesome! I had an emergency with teeth 9 and 10 while I was on vacation. I called their office and Jenny (receptionist) was very helpful. After only speaking to her only once she remembered everything about my situation days later and she was very patient, kind, and most importantly she made me feel like if she cared about my situation. All of the staff and the Dr. we’re very professional and genuine. The Dr. Was very patient and he answered all of my endless questions. The atmosphere was great! It didn’t feel fake or shady like at other dental offices. Celinda at their financial department also made me feel comfortable as well. She broke down all of the financial numbers for us. I will definitely continue coming here moving forward. If you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend them. Thank you!
