Dr Vela- Saenz office has the worst customer service, professionalism, and accountability. They are unorganized, continue to reschedule and then fail to honor their own appointments. My daughter was referred by orthodontist for tooth extraction. Appointment was made and waited two weeks for appointment. Only to be rescheduled at doctor's request. We waited for our rescheduled appointment arrived 10 minutes prior to the rescheduled date & time only to be told my daughter was not in their system. After showing them their own text that was sent from their office with the rescheduled date and time did they "try" to work her in. After waiting 2 hours to be seen. It was completely appalling that Doctor Saenz was too busy or just had to leave and my daughter was not seen. She didn't even have the professionalism, courtesy or decency to inform me that she would not be able to see her. My daughter's timeline for her braces are now having to be delayed even further due to their office inconsistencies, lack of time management, and Doctor Vela-Saenz failure to honor and keep appointments. I would not be as irate if this was the only incident. It has happened on other occasions for my daughter and with my son's appointments as well. I would highly discourage anyone from selecting this office for assistance. We will be looking for other dentists in the area. Would have rated no stars but it wasn't an option I could select.

When trying to make an appointment the receptionist is very rude and quick to get you off the phone, then once I’m there I waited over an hour in the car to be seen and that’s because I had to call to complain, then they check your temperature at the door and it was high, well yes I’ve been sitting outside for an hour in the heat at 230pm!!! I state the issue, since she was already kicking me out, we wait 5 mins and guess what back to normal. Then I get my X-rays done and sit in the chair another 30mins and once the dentist finally walks in, guess what my xrays “disappeared”, so there I go again taking another set. There’s way too many people in the office, easily 15-20 people, the rooms don’t have doors and you’re without your mask while getting X-rays and being seen by the doctor. Then I’m given the prices and I’m out of there. Over 2 hours for my first appointment!
