It's unfortunate that such a great establishment (Trenton Location) can have such poor service, there's definitely much room for improvement here. Dr. De Leon is a wonderfully charismatic Dentist and it's so difficult to want to say anything other than great things about her, however a visit for a crown and fillings quickly became a (3) month ordeal to resolve. Dr. De Leon was very patient and sympathetic, she opted to correct every complication that arose from that visit. I can't say the same for Lupita in the Billing Dept.; I literally had to assist her in correcting my ledger as she tried to imply that I had an outstanding balance of over $600.00! Fortunately I keep detailed records of my payments and insurance claims and was able to help her correct her bookkeeping. Between Lupita and the new condescending Receptionist Sasha, they made it pretty easy for me to take my services elsewhere and I'd suggest you do the same. They used to have a wonderful Receptionist named Nancy and somehow ended up with this rude and unsympathetic clerk. Unfamiliar with my case, she opted to imply that the number of visits that I've taken off work to repair the fillings I was having issues with, most likely arose from my own negligence; which the Dentist herself never once suggested or implied.
As for the Edinburg Location that Dr. Vela Saenz herself works out of, I was made to wait almost 2 Hours despite having an appointment for her to evaluate what was going on with my teeth. At the end she referred me back to Dr. De Leon whom was able to finally resolve the sensitivity I was having by re-doing the filling with a different composite.
It's been one long ordeal, but one valuable lesson learned. Keep detailed records of your visits, payments and insurance claims and opt for another Dentistry if Sasha and Lupita are still running this one.
