Great Customer Service from the entire staff. Love the ambiance. Dr. Duran and his staff were excellent, they explained everything (Out of Pocket, Procedures, Risk and Time Frame) upfront every step of the way. I called several dentist last minute on a Friday and Zen Dental was the only to help me figure out my insurance coverage, had availability on a weekend for initial and we’re able to schedule me next day for treatment, all on a weekend. I am extremely grateful to them for accommodating me! Will definitely be bringing the whole family for their dental needs.

Very clean, Dr. Took his time explaining and gave great tips and feedback. The assistances were very gentle and friendly. Last but not least I felt welcomed from the arrival to the end of the visit, front office staff explained everything in a nice calm manner. I finally found my home dentist!!

Excellent place. Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Duran was very kind and did great work. My mom went in for fillings, and we were very pleased that they took her in the same day she had her first consultation with him. Dr. Duran and staff were also very knowledgeable and caring.

Ok well went to the dentist for regular check up and cleaning. Once I entered they wanted to verify my phone number after calling and texting numerous times to this number. Just to find out they were sending me a link to update my personal information. “Mind you if would have been more professional to ask if you can send the link instead of we are sending it to you”. Use manners instead of trying to be savvy because you were actually rude. The form on my phone took close to 10-12 minutes because of course the letters are small.

I was set for a 5pm appointment and when I walked in at 4:55p there were 4 people in the waiting room waiting. So what time did I make it into the back for a 5pm appointment you ask. Well it was 5:45p. Figures.

So check this out. They send you a text , Please confirm your dental appointment on 11/26/2022 at:00 PM at Zen Dental Group by responding Y to CONFIRM and N to CANCEL. Please be aware, once the appointment has been confirmed, there is a $25 fee for Cancelled/Rescheduled/No Show appointments without 24hr notice. Where’s my cash for you wasting my time and not meeting my appointment time Seems like this is a scam to make money off anything possible.

Zen Dental was amazing. I needed to have a temporary crown cemented due to it falling out on New Year’s Eve. I was so happy that they were open. I was in and out within an hour. Staff was great, no complaints. Will return if I have another dental emergency in the future.

My appointment was on a Sunday and the office staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions. Dental assistants made me feel calm. Dentist is kind and has a good sense of humor. Definatley recommend.

All I can say is wow! I called the Zen Dental group on a Sunday and to my lasting surprise, they managed to squeeze me in two hours after i called. I was well greeted by staff, and taken care of by both Dental assistants and the dentist. They explained everything thoroughly and showed genuine concern and support for my pain. I am so amazed that they will now become my regular dentists going forward.

Zen dental is highly recommended. It has been my place to go wherever I have an emergency in regards to my teeth. The service they provide toward the customer is above and beyond. I will definitely go back to Zen Dental. Thank you!

Called on a Sunday morning , and was able to be seen on the same day for a tooth extraction. Friendly dentist with a great attitude, who performed a fast and pain free extraction. He helped keep me calm during the procedure, and I'm very satisfied with his service. Staff is friendly , and very helpful . A calm relaxing environment. Overall very happy with the service provided . The only thing that was missing was better post op care instructions in regard to the tooth extraction, however paperwork with instructions for oral care after tooth extraction was provided. so they get 5 stars from me for good and fast service . They are by far the best for dental care and will continue to go there .

First time visit at the office was disappointing. They scheduled me for Saturday and told me their would be a fee if I didn't show up or had to reschedule. Well after I get there ON TIME they let me know after 15 minutes the dentist was not there and they had to reschedule. They DID NOT give me no 24hr notice like they had requested from me. But okay after finally meeting Dr.Duran I was highly impressed by his skills. He gave me the most genuine advice on how to treat my son's condition. Dr Duran took his time to help me learn and understand everything in great detail and included health wellness information.
