This was my first visit to El Campo Dentistry. It had been 2 years since my last dental appointment due to covid and my previous dentist closed his local practice. It was hard for me to put my trust into a new dentist and staff but everyone was so friendly! They patiently answered my questions and showed me pictures. Dr. Simmons was kind and explained any issues I had completely. Very pleased so far.

Brought my 8 year old for tooth extraction. They asked me to leave because that is the dentist’s preference, but I didn’t feel comfortable. Good thing I didn’t because the dentist was frustrated with my child when she started crying and was scared. Inappropriately so, tone, manners, and behavior. The way this man spoke to my child made me end it right there. If I would have left, my kiddo would’ve been forced? He was so aggressive and uncaring. He was so forceful and childish when he threw the numbing needle on the counter- then proceeded to chastise her and blame her for not trusting him. Wow, I can hardly believe this. Verbatim- “I probably can’t do this today because you won’t trust me”.

I driver over an hour to see Dr. Simmons and his staff, so that speaks for the service they give. He truly cares about his patients and listens and tailors to an individual needs. I am actually at ease and look forward to my dental visits now which is a huge change for me. Highyly recommend him and his staff with no hesitation. Keep doing what you do EL Campo Dentistry!!
