Office staff was nice and accommodating however I was their for a VA claim exam and I did feel like I was being rushed once I actually saw the dentist because he said he would check inside my mouth however he never did because he had a patient waiting.

Literally running a few minutes behind and according to the lady in the front my appointment had to be rescheduled because according to her I had to fill out 15 minutes of paperwork prior to the appointment . Are you kidding me I’m a self pay client and what the heck do I need to fill out that’s worth 15 minutes? Anyways the lady in the front has a really bad attitude, someone should remind her that she works for the dentist so by acting like that she will only deter clients.
