This is my third appointment at Awesome Smiles. The first was my initial consultation. At the time of my initial consultation I knew this was the place for me. As soon as you walk in, the ladies in the front make you feel really comfortable and are very welcoming. If that doesn't set the tone for your visit, I don't know what would. I've had appointments with three different dentists and they have all proven to be awesome. From the dentists, dental assistants, office personnel to the financial person, everyone is pleasant, caring and friendly. The atmosphere is great and the music is worth listening to. It takes your mind off of things. Although, I can say I have not experienced any pain during any of my procedures. To me, that is the best thing! If you're the type of person who gets stressed when you need to have dental work done, this is a place you should really consider. Another thing is everyone explains your procedures, costs and any questions you need answered. It hard when you think you have all the information and you don't. Well, don't sweat the small stuff because these people have you covered. I would recommend this place to anyone but if you don't take me at my word, try it out for yourselves. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Went for a cleaning since I just got back to El Paso area after rescheduling my appointment due to being gone for 4 months. Cleaning was good as usual, great dental service and thats where it ends. My problem is the front office ladies. My last service with them was begining of last year 2021. Its January 2022 and they never billed my insurance for the crown that was done begining of 2021. I paid my out of pocket fee and then some to get the crown done. So fast forward to January 2022 and they told me the insurance did not pay what was originally agreed upon for the crown done begining of 2021. I asked why was that and they could not say why but i can tell they were skriting the answer. So they stated I had to pay about 184. I asked why wasn't I informed of this last year when the service was done. She was skirting the answer and saying she didn't know until I asked again and she said because it was billed 4 days ago. 4 days ago was when I called and made my cleaning appointment and they FINALLY took a look at my account. Of course the insurance didn't cover it completely since it's a whole YEAR after the service and the coverages changed!!!!! If you want prompt billing, honest staff, and whats fair and right this is not the place. If she would have said we made a mistake and forgot to bill the insurance promptly after service, I would have had no issues. Honesty goes a long way with me. This is my last time there, hope the rest of you have better results.

Love the staff and Dr Tracy at awesome smiles. Always clean, short time wait and great accommodations to get you set up especially if you have a busy work schedule like i do. Love how the staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. Dr Tracy is also very good with letting you understand all your options and costs before anything to make sure your ok as well. All in all just a great place š

This is a superb business. Come here for all your mouth needs. The service is first class. One-of-a-kind. Dr. Provenghi is the bomb diggity, and she really knows her way around some scalers. I've had plenty of visits here in my day, and I can honestly say that all of them have been impeccable. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They greet you with a smile and make you laugh even when your mouth isn't physically able. I may also add that the toy chest is of premium quality. Better than Kool Smiles' for sure.
