Have been a patient for about 1.5 years. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always quick to advise you on cost of visit. Dentist has always been knowledgeable. Hygienist are friendly and do good job. 4 star because sometimes you do wait a bit to have the cleaning get started. They check you in relatively on time but then you have to wait on the chair for a bit. Bring a sweater. Office is chilly.

I highly recommend Cielo Dental and all of their staff. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists were wonderful. Being new to El Paso I was nervous about establishing care with a new dentist but Dr. Mendoza was very kind and knowledgeable. He really took his time to answer ALL of my questions about my treatment plan and was very honest about everything. The dental hygienists Vicente and Jenny were incredible. Super thorough cleaning and x-rays and did not make me feel rushed. Valerie and Vivi were extremely sweet and accommodating with getting me in as soon as possible and explaining the finances. Even though they had many other patients in the building they all made me feel like I was the only one there. A much dreaded dental visit was turned into a pleasant one thanks to all the staff here. I’m happy to say I will be a patient here as long as I’m in town and will be recommending others to Cielo Dental as well.

My daughter has had two positive experiences pulling wisdom teeth. The office personnel is fabulous. The dentist is great and has a lot of patience with disabled clients. My daughter is blind and autistic and he worked with her with care, patience, and dignity.
