I would give zero stars if I could. Worst dentist in El Paso, my mom went to Dr. Mitchell and practicality all her implants fell out, even after spending $30,000. When she went to go complain she got yelled at by the doctor.

Have seen this practitioner, Dr. Mitchell before; Had a dental emergency over night; staff assisted promptly with placing me into a same day appoinmnt before lunchtime. Dr. Mitchell proceeded quickly to repairing the problem and spent extra time cleaning my teeth + consulting with me on the case; by that time he was well into his lunch I am sure.
