I recently moved here and Chose this office because of the abundance of 5 star reviews, but I did not have a positive experience. My first visit I thought I would be getting a teeth cleaning, as discussed when I made my appointment. however I quickly learned the first visit is an expensive oral evaluation. There was an issue regarding my X-rays. I was told by Dr.Sosa they would be complimentary, to which I expressed my gratitude. However when I went to check out, that wasn’t the case. After expressing my frustration, they opted to not charge me. I do appreciate their willingness to work with me, so thank you. I had to take more time off work the next day (very aggravating in itself) for the teeth cleaning I desperately needed. I was given a printed estimate the day before for $133, so when I went to pay and it was $170, I was surprised. Apparently my cleaning was the more expensive one. It would have been nice to know beforehand. After everything, I still shelled out close to $400 for a teeth cleaning. I feel there’s a severe lack of transparency, and that’s a dealbreaker for me. I will not patronize this business ever again.

Very clean, extremely professional, with talented doctors and hygienists. It is up to date on all the most recent advancements. They have state of the art training of personnel, equipment, and technology.
They are very personable and thorough, yet mange to run on time like clockwork. The staff is highly trained, capable, and friendly.
It’s always a a pleasant experience. How often can you say that about going to the dentist?

Honestly, between your labs being out of town and months for getting work completed. Returned to have issues taken care of on 12/22 now its 2/23 . Decided to find another dentist to correct my issues. (even if they use the labs in town)! I am a 100% disabled vet this is unacceptable 😑! The work should of been perfect the first time.

A lovely, welcoming office staff is always thoughtful and aware of several ways to help.
Dr. Malpica is knowledgable, listens very carefully, and begins with a researched plan of action; every procedure is explained fully and alternatives and contingencies are carefully considered.
Of utmost importance, to me, is that my comfort, with regard to pain-management, was sincerely and sensitively accomplished.
This review is rather long, but each part of my multiple office visits confirms each aspect honestly.
