Dr. Sosa and his entire staff made me feel at home and welcomed as soon as I entered the building. His staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating. When Dr. Sosa came in to see him, he put all my fears to rest. He too the time to answer all my questions, explain my treatment plan, and give the reassurance that I needed to know that my dental needs would be handled in a way that makes me most comfortable. In a word - Amazing. It would consider myself a difficult patient. Previous dentist was unable to provide required dental care. Referred to El Paso Quality Dentistry and I’ve been very impressed. State of the art equipment so having molds made without the noxious smell and hassle of goop has made my visits such much easier. Also, the team there has been professional and efficient. No extended wait times, flexibility with scheduling appointments, and has displayed great patients when dealing with me. Dr. Cabrera is absolutely THE BEST!!! She takes explains any procedure being performed prior to doing anything. She takes her time and and is very patient. She devotes her time to her patients 100% of the time. She is super friendly and has excellent bedside manners. She is extremely professional and treats her patients as family. I had not been to the dentist in quite a long time, and I was very anxious about my first appointment here. However, from the very first person who answered my call and made my appointment, down to the very last person I spoke with on my way out, I was very impressed with how kind, and personable everybody was. Nobody was judgmental, everyone was so understanding, and patient in explaining what was done/needs to be done. Charity, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Cabrera were so welcoming, and considerate of my anxiety. I truly appreciate their amazing bedside manner. The Dentist office is not equipped to service the client in all areas of dentistry. At first I thought I was in good hands only to find out this office falls short of being a real dentist office. The do not do root canals, tooth extractions and basic treatments. After the presentation I found out I would have to go to 3 different dentists to get the work done. I was ready to pay for all the work but after I found out the short falls of the office there is no way I will ever go back. I tried calling to consult with the doctor to see if we could make this work and they did not return my call.
