It is all in the name "Quality Dentistry" all around excellent patient experience.No one likes going to the dentist. The prospect of having your teeth cleaned, or worse, a cavity drilled and filled (shudder) makes me cringe to the point of elevating my blood pressure but with Dr. Cabrera she reassured me, explained the process and moved slowly enough so that I got comfortable with her and the staff. Her assistant Sara also made me feel important and reassured. I was much more at ease when I came for my second visit, to the point of falling asleep. I never felt ANY discomfort or pain while Dr. Cabrera drilled and filled my many cracked teeth.Dr. Cabrera also educated me about using my mouthguard. The front desk staff all had the same kind of respect, kindness and helpfulness when it came to my appointments and greeting me.The ladies have a smile and do what it takes to make it easy to get thru the paperwork. Thank you Teresa, Amory and Naomi. In addition there is NO waiting in the reception area but you will find a beverage service. and protective tinted eye glasses for the dentist chair. Today was my second cleaning with Charity and I actually didn't mind it. She is very efficient but gentle. If you want Quality experience and expertise I recommend you make an appointment.

I love Dr. Cabrera! She listens to what you tell her. Some doctors do not listen and when they don’t I do not trust them. I appreciate the time she takes and is not hurried. She does not over book, does not make you wait and her staff is very professional. Reminders for appointments are helpful. The strides she has made correcting my bite and TMJ has truly made a difference in how I feel. I am feeling much better. Less muscle tension in my jaw and neck, soreness is gone and much less jaw popping. I have noticed a remarkable difference in my bite as time goes by and as she makes changes with my splint. She has a a wonderful bed/chair side manner. She is smart, explained things well and cute as can be as well as her staff! Her dental hygienist has cleaned my teeth better than anyone I have ever had and I worked for a dentist in college and my uncle was a dentist. By far the best! I would recommend this clinic to anyone/everyone! I drive from Horizon and do not mind as it is so worth my time.

Dr. McLaughlin and staff are simply amazing! I came over a year ago, looking for someone to help me with my jaw pain. She explained all of the options very clearly and my jaw feels so much better. Her entire staff if super friendly and I don’t remember waiting more than fifteen minutes to be seen. I highly recommend her to all.
