Mesa Street Dental is amazing! They were able to get me a last minute appointment for some pain I had been experiencing. The staff was not only extremely nice and knowledgeable, but my wait time was nearly non-existent. Dr. Harrell eased my fears, explained everything in detail, and assisted me with a dental plan for healthy teeth and a beautiful smile. I was in and out quickly which is perfect for a busy woman like myself. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Mesa Street Dental to others looking for a dental home.

I am petrified at the idea of going to a dentist due to a horrible trauma I suffered at the hands of a barbaric dentist. But Dr. Harrell and his staff are very personable and they put me at ease, no small feat!, and they were super patient with my extreme anxiety. I've always struggled to find a good dentist with empathetic human beings who provided affordable care. It always happened that I got one or the other, so I avoided the dentist. Yesterday, I was more than pleasantly surprised to find the most amazing people here and the best care possible. From the moment I called to make the appointment and ask for availability the receptionist was polite and eager to help me. There was no rudeness orior impatience her voice as I kept asking her question after question. Then when I got there I was treated warmly and with respect. They took me in with no waiting time, took my x rays and before I knew it the Doc himself was explaining to me the condition my mouth was in. In detail! And with the x-rays! He explained things I didn't even know could have been avoided by other dentists. Then the cleaning time came and it was the most wonderful experience! She was kind but thorough and went above her duties. She made sure I was in no pain. She understood cleanings are usually very uncomfortable but she responded well to my unconscious reaction to pain and handled it with care and empathy. When I went out to pay they worked with me and I was not broke. By far the best dentistry in El Paso. Thank you.

I usually go across the border for my dental needs but due to this pandemic, I had to go local. I searched and got quotes from a few places and although one has on their name”affordable”, the $190 consultation and x Ray was a turn-off. Mesa street dental did beat others and their price, although the price was not quite like going across the border, but close to it. I will definitely consider them in the future. Staff is friendly and professional. During these closures, they had no trouble seeing me within 24 hours after I called them. How cool is that!?

I went to this dentist for the first time on an emergency visit. Staff was very professional and polite. They make you feel comfortable and safe. Waiting room was very clean and they provide hand sanitizer throughout there office. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide the best treatment for my emergency. I had a surgical extraction and throughout the procedure dentist asked if I was okay. He removed a big tooth that had curved roots with out breaking my jaw bone or tearing my gum which I've experienced in a different dental office in El paso. He was gentle and very quick! Before I knew it tooth was out and best off all not alot of swelling nor pain after. Will definitely travel from far far east elpaso to the west side for any other dental work I need. I will definitely take my family too. I highly recommend Mesa street dental I give them a 💯!!
