Dr. Ro and his staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very informative. This was my first visit to his office and I can see why he and his staff have such a great reputation and amazing reviews. They're attention to the patient is awesome. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ro to family and friends, and those nervous or hesitant to see a dentist about their oral health. Dr. Ro is THE consummate professional. He is so genuine and caring. When he asks how your dog is doing, it is because he really does care to know how your dog is doing and not just for pedestrian conversation. He truly does run a tight ship in his office. I went in for a routine filling, and was left in pain as the numbing wore off. I was not in pain prior to the filling. The Dr. also missed an infection on one tooth. I had get root canals done by a specialist to alleviate the pain I was left in. I still don’t feel great. Dr. Ro is not a very good dentist, and he always suggests to “just give time “.
