Dr.Ro and everyone on his team has never failed to treat me in a kind and professional manner. They take the time to listen and address your needs, review treatment plans and set financial expectations. Dr.Ro isn’t going to do work that isn’t necessary but will prepare you in case the treatment plan needs modifying. Excellent dentist for anyone with or without insurance, definitely recommend!

My favorite dentist. Mr. Ro asks me what what I want to have done instead of telling me what to do. I feel like like I'm being treated as a person and not a case file. Very professional, very courteous and he always let's me know what's going to happen before proceeding. I highly recommend him.

This is my second year receiving care from Dr. Ro. I'm very happy. I have many dental issues and Dr. Ro is always looking out for my well being and giving me a range of options for treatment. I live on the far Westside of El Paso and he' s worth the extra fuel.

Dr. Ro and his team are highly professional. Most thorough examination ever had, with an full explanation of his findings. State of the art equipment. Highly recommend and do not hesitate to say Dr. Ro is the best. Very nice and excellent patient service. Also very cautious to keep everyone safe with COVID-19 safety protocol. Temperature taken, no walk-ins, everything sanitized contemporaneously, proper PPE, air purifiers, etc.

I had a slight irritation that started over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning to request an appointment and was asked if I could make it in by 9:30am. That was amazing and the efficiency in which I was in and out helped keep my time away from work to about 30 minutes! Great job to the Paul Ro team. Always so warm and welcoming
