Dr. Reynolds and his staff are hands down the best! I have never had a problem when making or coming in for an appointment. I've been to his office for teeth cleaning, cavity fillings, and recently all 4 of my wisdom teeth extractions! Dr. Reynolds is patient, so kind, and very thorough, making sure you understand what all is taking place in your appointment! Which is great because I ask a lot of questions and I have never felt rushed! He is such a great Dr. and probably one if the best I have ever seen and it shows with his staff because they are just as amazing and friendly and scheduling appointments are the easiest! I am not big on writing reviews, but this office deserves it!! Thank you Dr. Reynolds for all that you have done for me and your kind thoughts and blessings for Josh while he was deployed. So glad you two were finally able to meet as he too now feels the same!!

Very disappointed on the call I received on the morning of Thursday November 4th that I had an appointment scheduled. The front desk called threatening that I will have to pay $80 for missing an appointment that they scheduled 3 months away for wisdom teeth extractions. It's very sad because the front desk was lying that they had called me a couple of times to confirm the appointment, but never received a call to confirm. Especially since I have been having flu symptoms. I have no complaints about doctor Reynolds since he is an exceptional dentist in the city but the administrative staff lacks empathy and professionalism. It really breaks my heart to write this review because I have been a patient for years but unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. A text message with an appointment reminder would have helped prevent this type of confusion.

I highly recommend this dental office! Reynolds John W DDS has a very well ran and clean dental office. You will receive exceptional service throught your visit. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist made me feel comfortable and informed on everything that she was doing/needed to do. Dr. Reynolds is very friendly and knowledgeable!

I rarely write negative reviews for local places, but this office was awful. I was a potential new patient who had an appt scheduled in January. Dentist got covid (understandable) so they told me they would call me back to reschedule. I never received a call back. Months later in May I called to reschedule the appt myself. They couldn't schedule me until June because they were so busy. Again, understandable. I came in to my appt and they said they didn't have an appt for me and the dentist was out of the office. No phone call, no heads up that my appt was canceled. After reading the reviews looks like I'm not the only one who has had issues with this office.

Dr Reynolds' office is a quiet and calm environment with some great office staff working the front desk and along side the doctor for everyday dental duties. I've had no problems with payment processing through two separate insurance providers and the thoroughness of the office staff, each and every one of them, that'll answer your dental questions on the spot.

Very nice Dentist! Friendly staff, one can tell that Dr. Reynolds treats them well. What we love most is his love for music.. Aside from the awesome Dentist he is! Met his beautiful wife! The whole atmosphere is the best!
