The only reason I return to this dental office is because of the dentist himself. This is a corporate owned office where there is a complete disconnect between the front office staff and the office manager. They call you to move up your appointment yet when asked if they’ve even received authorization from the insurance company they had not even checked. If I would not have even asked I would have brought my daughter in for no reason or they would have checked the day of and then called to reschedule. The first authorization that we were waiting on has been almost a year. I called every week for almost 2 months and was told it was denied. Had another authorization sent to insurance for another tooth and it was approved within a couple weeks. When I ask about the previous authorization I was told a completely different story that it had been approved but the authorization had expired? Who dropped the ball. When I brought this up to the office manager she automatically got defensive and responded well I’m sorry about that . Showing absolutely no empathy and as if we were just a number. In reality we really are just a chart number. I honestly do not think it will get better. I’ve experienced this on every occasion. It’s sad because Smile Heroes was the absolute best and when they closed we were sent there. Went from royal treatment to being treated like cattle. Get them in and get them out. No service at all.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day, my kids got their treatment right after their check up we didn’t spend more than 2 hrs in the office! Excellent customer service from every member of the staff we encountered. Clean facilities

Everyone is in point at my location on Zaragoza never had a problem there since my baby girl started her dentist journey with smile magic. We would never go anywhere else. That are just beautiful people and the Dr. Is awesome very knowledgeable and eager to answer every question I have. My daughter has had two procedures where they have to put her under, and they are very supportive and reassuring. Love them! Keep up the amazing work guys!!! ❤️🎯

No after care instructions were provided, so I don’t know what to do about the stitches and pain meds were never called in.

Place is overall a good place to go to. However the wait to be seen can be a little long. It is a little upsetting that you make an appointment and the clinic can run late and expect you to be okay but you run 10 minutes late to your appointment and they won’t see you and make you reschedule. How is that fair? Very upsetting, especially when it’s your first time running late.

The staff at this dentistry is one of a kind. So patient and courteous to each of their clients. Especially Jake, he was very kind, personable and patient enough to answer all the questions I had concerning making my appointment and how billing would take place. I’d say he went above and beyond and stood out from the already excellent staff that is there. I recommend this place for sure.

I had a great experience at Smile Magic. The dentist that tended to me was kind and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I needed fillings and he asked if I was nervous about getting that work done. I told him that the only part that I dreaded were the shots at the beginning to numb my mouth. They hurt so much. He said I didn't need them which made me a little weary, but I trusted him and he was right! He filled, I think, about 6 cavities without the local anesthesia shots and I didn't feel a thing. That blew my mind because it's the only reason I dreaded getting dental work done. No other dentist had ever told me that before. He was great. The rest of the staff were really patient and welcoming too. I highly recommend it! 👌

It was my first visit with my daughter today and I must say I was very pleased with our experience in the office. From the time we walked in we were greeted to the time we left. I was skeptical in going to this office because of past experience at another location the dentist was super sweet to my daughter and answered all of my questions and concerns, she took the time to explain to me in detail of what was going on and what was going to take place. I recommend Smile Magic to anyone who has had a bad experience in the past , not only do they treat kids but also adults that have no dental insurance.
