This was my second time being treated at Sol Dental. While I understand that there would probably be a shortage of staff, I don't understand why I was kept in the chair for up to a half hour waiting for my teeth to be cleaned while others who signed in after me were finished earlier. The staff is great as well as the hygienist, and Dr. Suzuki is very nice and patient-friendly. But, I would expect to be done and out by 3:30 for a 2:30 appointment instead of 5:00.
