I’ve been coming here for maybe a couple years. The first year amazing!! My dental hygiene has never been better. In January 2023 I scheduled a cleaning for 4/or 430, the dental hygienist said she couldn’t do the cleaning because she had to go pick up her children. Then she attempted to deflect her frustration and made a snarky comment about “since you can’t be here earlier I won’t be able to do your cleaning.” As though I don’t have a full time job, a child, and made sure I made prior arrangements to make it to my appointment on time. I spoke with a supervisor that time and she handled the situation professionally. Then today I went in for that cleaning since I had to reschedule from January 2023. The staff member who brought me into the room was very passive, and uninformative. He asked where I got my braces, to which I said SMILE STRAIGHT ( they are everywhere in El Paso) and he responds with “are those the ones you do at home?” 🫠😒
(Mind you, I have METAL BRACKETS)
Whereeeeeeeee do people get metal brackets at from home???
Does it look like I can’t afford to go to the orthodontist sir??

I’m so tired of interacting with such unprofessional people. I don’t know if their hiring policies have changed but bring back the old celebrity smiles.

I've been going there for years. It was nice and welcoming till they rotated in new doctors which became a problem. After a while I felt like I wasn't being listened to, and my dental problems were being either remedied or just ignored. I've since switched to another dentist and the problems that I've expressed to CS turned into major procedures that had needed to be done.

OMG.. what a fantastic experience with Dr.Paul Apilado. He addressed all my concerns. His hygienist Karen was great and so was Ms. Genisis.. I will refer all my family and friends to see them. If your looking for a local dentist.. COME HERE! It’s an excellent experience!

After my dental cleaning which was done flawlessly I asked the Dentist about potential implants as my bridge from years of wear was starting to wobble. I always have a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and Dr Apilado is a great dentist. All the techs and hygeinsts are skilled at what they do. Shout out specifically to Patty. She was gentle and efficient in cleaning my teeth. They are flexible in rearranging my appointments the many times I've had to change it with my constantly chanig work schedule. I highly recommend Celebrity Smiles!
