The environment at the Ark was pleasant (kid friendly TV, and ark animals to play on), lots of space and seating in the waiting area, the wait and actual appointment lasted a reasonable amount of time; the staff was friendly and helpful; overall it was a nice experience.

Very nice, clean, nice atmosphere for the kids and parents. I love how they allow parents to be with the children, and how they explain everything in detail!!! Glad I switched! They are quick , they don't have you waiting long, I will recommend them and give them two thumbs up!!!!!

Awesome place to take the kids. The staff is great with the young ones! My family was lucky enough to be recommended this place by a staff member of another detal office we were having problems with.

I hate this place! The staff was rude and the dentists did not sedate my daughter like they promised they would. My daughter was fully awake during the entire procedure and was screaming and crying, the 2 dentist held her down. My daughter remembered everything and the dentist told me she wouldn't remember anything. My daughter is now traumatized from this. Plus they tried to charge us twice when we paid in full in advance!

I like that wait times aren't to bad. Every one is nice. I like the fact that you check your self in. And answer everything. So it also depends on how fast you check in.

Always great, professional and friendly service. Lukas is always put to ease and enjoys the staff as well I do. My only complaint is the sign in at the computet. Takes too much time and is always the same information..

Horrible experience today. I have never waited as long as I did today. My sons were seen an hour and half after their scheduled appointment. I would not want to put my sons through that again. I don't understand to need to over schedule appointments, that is very unprofessional. Not sure if I'll be returning.
